March 1st5 bottles/cans into recycle bag 2 papers into recycle bag March 3rd2 bags of trash to outside can 1 bag of recyclable bottles/cans/jars to outside can 8 papers/catalog into recycle bag 170 + 18 = 188 for Round 2! CD (Yes, I am counting every single one of those darn papers! Paper H*ll! that's what I'm in... It feels good to release even 1 of them. They seem to multiply like rabbits when I'm not looking. I am shooting for more than 3 rounds of 2012 items tossed this year. Last year, I did 3 rounds of 2011... and would like to get totally out of paper h*ll this year!).

Some plastic tubs which I was saving to put food in for the deep freeze and never used and also some chick peas from the freezer which when thawed looked grey and though I suppose they were edible I did not want to.

Three cheers for all of us! Papergrace, Rory, Cando, Saffron! We are doing great! I have thrown away 12 things - papers & junk. I have put some cups in the give away. One set of dishes (for 12). 96 dishes. Maybe I won't count them until they are actually gone. I think that's a good plan. That way I won't get complacent about them! 1,648 - 12 _____ 1,636 left to go

Great tossing everyone!
March 4th Went thru yesterday's mail & some other papers that were lingering on dining room table: 6 papers into trash 48 papers into recycle bag
188 + 54 = 242
March 5th
old hamburger buns old bread spice cookies 2 cans/jars into recycle bag 2 bags into trash
Went thru today's mail: 7 papers into recycle bag
242 + 14 = 256
March 6th
While searching for 2011 tax receipts: 6 papers into recycle bag
25 minutes going thru 2 old purses: 2 old gift cards 1 zip bag 2 ponytail holders stickers 3 papers into recycle bag make up sample
Another tax receipt search: 10 papers into recycle bag
256 + 26 = 282 for Round 2.

Due to having left things out exposed to the elements for far too long during a long down time & therefore rusted/ruined/broken/cracked I tossed out what had turned into yard squalor: 2 bow saws 2 large thermal coffee cups 1 clock radio 2 plastic buckets 1 rubbermaid garbage can (I never expected that to crack to pieces too!) _____ Total=8
Typically I have a hard time tossing things, but mother nature expedited this process for me. Congrats to all that are effectively tossing out their items!
