Chris, sorry I haven't come in here for a while. It sounds like you've got things pretty well under control. I hope you're feeling ok today.

coordinated with radiology for MILs tests finished and put away one load of wash phone call worked in kitchen making spaghetti ordered prescriptions for MIL talked to mom serve dinner wash dishes take a walk make plans for next 2 days (prescription for myself to get out of the house) A quiet day finally -- but some smokey air around here from a wild fire made my sinus' go nuts this morning -- the last time I took a 24 hour claritin it zombied me so I got by without the allergy med this time. Hope to find one not quite as strong.

Friday March 30 cats fed ate a light breakfast showered motherinlaw + fixed her toes took my shower + dressed to the sandals scoop litters sort and start laundry/ finished towels + misc maintain our bedroom healthy lunch continue clearing my desk - I did 1/2 of it yesterday so it's not too terrible plan side dishes = DH is bbqing tonight respond to wedding invitation continue to pick up in the dining room (only the things which are mine as DH is touchy about his things) hopefully find a thing to do to leave the house today at least a small errand or something - I'm feeling cabin fever The main thing today is to try and stay steady and to just focus on keeping my head above the depression. I've seen a lot of relationships crumble and a lot of activities no longer interest me and there seems to be little I can do about it until things change at home - and with my finances. So I'm not complaining - I'm just trying to make sure I don't sink any farther.

I'm sure you needed that extra sleep, Chris. And it's good that you are keeping track of your depression. That should help you stay above it as much as possible.

Sunday April 1, 2012 I chose to stay home today. DH took his Mom to Unity services. I was so surprised and happy that he did that so she didn't have to miss out. I'm hoping to get myself clear so I will know what I want and how to proceed. It was nice having a couple hours to myself it had been more than a year since I was "home alone". *gave MIL a shower *fed cats + scooped litters *got my shower + breakfast + dressed *washed dishes *daily meditation + readings prepare supper (chicken, mashed potatoes and corn) check financials finish grocery/supply list for tomorrow fix calendar for April write to Dad prepare special box I'll keep looking for areas to work on in the house. Yesterday, cleaning the refrigerator was great! It made me feel I had accomplished something.

*MILs shower *breakfast for us *fed cats and cleaned litter boxes *washed bedspread (back on bed clean/dry) *vacuumed our bedroom + living room *checked A/C filter *lunch *dishes noon buy new A/C filter ( I got 3 - changed the filter and did the clorox in the drain out line so that gives me 2 spare filters - they are really good ones and may last up to 6 months. I find I have to change 3 mo. filters before the 3 mo. mark probably because of the cats.) call mom plan/cook supper walk ? not sure if DH will go w/me letter read
