Yesterday was absolutely dreadful.
Today, I am working from a small, seated location as I am waiting for very important phone calls and can't risk breaking my neck trying to get to the phone in time.
Once I've had my calls, I need to run a few errands, but when I'm back I need to get something to eat because I'm going to need a lot of fuel this weekend. My landlord is dropping by next week to see the tenant next door and after yesterday's debacle, I anticipate my landlord inviting himself into my house as well. So filth and goat trails have to go - fast!

clutterbuggles - Sorry to hear you had a terrible day, yesterday. I hope your day is much better, today!
Diane --- I loved the way you released your bats when you recognized that you were about to sit down last night. Great job! I noticed you were up pretty late...
Saffron -- I responded to your list that you threw out last night and made one of my own, but I guess the Gremlins must have eaten it... cause it sure ain't here.
I have a lot to do so will throw out my list, now.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pay bills, if need be.
Plan meals.
Grocery shopping.
Return shoes to Kohl's Return watches to JC Penneys Spend at least 30 minutes going thru/tossing/shredding papers! Finish unpacking computer case.
Laundry Dishes Take 2 bags of trash out (Son & girlfriend have been cleaning out his room. He's moving back in).
Cook.
If time, read about Dr. my daughter went to Wednesday. If time, read about Dr. my daughter is doing research under (supposedly world renown or at least very well known in Genetics research). If time, work on my resume. If time, start getting medical info together to put together appeal to medical insurance company. It time, filing/bookkeeping. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Water:
took thyroid med *made my bed *moved load of laundry to dryer *showered2shoes, tad of make-up, brushed teeth *went to lunch with a couple friends med to Puppy *fed dogs *took calcium pill *took bp med *planned a couple days worth of meals made grocery list *went to Kohl's -- returned shoes *went to JC penneys -- returned 2 watches *went to grocery store *put all groceries away cooked dinner *put left-overs away *went thru today's mail - - all 4 pieces put in recycle bag *spent 15 minutes on old purse -- 1 paper to be shred, a bunch of receipts into 2007 tax box, 4 papers into recycle bag *spent another 15 minutes on old purse -- lots of 2007 receipts put in tax box, 5 papers into recycle bag
I didn't get much done today, after all. I don't know why I am still so exhausted and had trouble keeping my eyes open, today. Kinda like I'm sick without a fever. Just weird...

I'm a bit annoyed with myself because I didn't manage to accomplish much today.
Accomplished: Picked up the rubbish around the sofa Spoke to the utility company 4x Waited patiently for them to ring a fifth time Ate dinner washed one load of laundry Fixed my mobile phone
As much of a distraction as fixing my mobile may seem to be, it actually ended up being imperative. None of the text messages I'd sent all week had actually been sent and I had people panicking about me because they thought I'd not responded to any of their messages all week.
I'm hoping tomorrow will be more productive for me, and today more productive for you.

I feel like I am accomplishing nothing. I sweep, cook, do dishes and laundry. That is about all I am managing other than dealing with constant pain. Right now all I want to do is cry. I have to attend a class out of town next week and I am already dreading it. I hope I can make it. I will be so glad when school is out and I won't have to get up so early.

Good evening everyone, seems like several people are struggling today, maybe the planets are not aligned for cleaning right now! Cando, you're right, I stayed up way too late last night, and as a result fell asleep on my couch after eating lunch, so I too am annoyed with my nonproductivity today. My goal for tonight is to get into bed at 11:30 sharp, no excuses! Okay folks, let's salvage something of today by getting some work done this evening. I know everyone isn't in the US time zone but if anyone still reading and working: 8 minutes books Changed bathroom garbage bag Made business phone call, had to leave message 8 minutes books 8 more minutes books Washed some cat dishes 8 minutes decluttering kitchen and pantry Put dry laundry from yesterday away 8 minutes books Put half of my groceries away Financials 8 minutes cleaning main desk Looked through remainder of coupon inserts Found a March bank deposit receipt on my desk that I had neglected to record, so went back to my records and corrected them. I will now start getting ready for bed, since I only have a half hour until bedtime. Have a good rest of the night, everyone! Diane

Hi y'all... looks like several of us are unhappy with getting much done today... including me. So, here's hoping tomorrow may be a better day. DiDreaming -- I wish that pain would go away! Diane -- You sure did get going this evening!!! Good job finding receipt from March and entering it. You did great on books and all the rest! Saffron -- Great about the lists! I, too, love it when I stumble on a list and realize that I did do most things on it. CD

May is such a busy month for me. Everything that DS and DD are involved in has an end program, the starting of baseball and softball, DH is AWOL most of the month of May as it is planting season and setting crab pot season and he is stretched beyond belief. Prayers and good vides for my DH as he presses onward. It has been an awesome week for DS and DD. Both had to take their State Test this week in reading and in math. DD got 4's on both of hers (which is not a surprise) and DS got 3's. (I am never sure how he will do) I am so happy for my kids now the rest of the school year will be fun and smooth sailing until June when they get out. DS crossed over to Boyscouts last night with his Arrow of Light and DD had first softball game they won 10 to 3. To celebrate DS had 1 friend over to stay the night last night and DD had 2 of her girlfriends over. I have enjoyed so much having a house full of kids having fun. Have a great day everyone
