Hi, Diane! Sorry you won't be able to play at noon. My back is out this morning (spasms), so I'm sitting here with heat on it and took some generic tylenol to try and get some relief. To feed the dogs this morning, I had to balance the food bowls on the end of a yardstick and ease them down to the ground--couldn't find my grabber. Hopefully, I'll be able to play later.

Hi Diane....I am working on my list on Listzilla but going slowly today. I am just now picking up a little steam (caffeinated!!) so if you come on later, I will switch over to here. I haven't been able to complete a list...probably putting too many things on them, so have decided to stay with a list until I get everything done because seems like I am working more in some areas and not at all in others.

My back is still bothering me, but I am going to play a round of six and try to straighten things up a little.
1. clear off recliner--done! 2. clear off sofa--done! 3. clear off coffee table--done! 4. fix centerpiece for coffee table--done! 5. pick up things off LR floor--done! 6. put bug spray away--done!
First roll: 2--clear off sofa
Second roll: 6--put bug spray away
Third roll: 5--pick up things off LR floor
Fourth roll: 1--clear off recliner
OK, now I'm going to clear off the coffee table, since I need to do that before putting a centerpiece on it. That's it!

This would be funny if it wasn't so aggravating. My internet was okay at 6am, but when I got home at about 1:30 it was out, and only came back on a few minutes ago. I have no idea when it went out since I was out all morning, but it seems like the outages are getting longer. I'm going to have to call, like it or not. And I have no idea why it's every Thursday, it just seems weird.

I have quite a bit I want to get done before parents come home tomorrow and figured I would try here since I am unable to get into chat anymore. Hoping I will be able to get everything I want done tonight.
1. laundry - done 2. dishes - done 3. kitchen counters - done 4. go thru fridge - done 5. vacuum family room - done 6. sweep kitchen floor - done 7. steam clean kitchen floor - done 8. go thru puzzles - done 9. go thru toys - done 10. clean kitchen table -done

I had problems concentrating on anything yesterday, so I used the dice to accomplish things. I picked up stuff off the kitchen floor for 5 minutes, picked up stuff off the front hall floor, vacuumed, paid the water bills, paid the electric bills. I know that without the dice the things would not have been done. I also played my Bejeweled game too much this weekend. I did get about three hours of exercise in this weekend. I picked up a kayak on Friday night and was on the water by 7:25 the next morning.

Since I really seem to be stuck right now I am seriously hoping playing here will help me at this point. Yesterday and a good portion of today I was in the hospital with my older ds since he had to have surgery to fix his dislocated right thumb. School starts in 3 weeks and I need to make sure I have everything together for both boys.
1. clear off my dresser 2. put clean clothes away 3. go thru dvd's 4. work on first side of my floor 5. work on first wall in family room 6. work on ceiling in family room 7. work on second wall in family room 8. go thru cd's 9. clean floor in family room 10. work on my computer hutch
First roll: 1 - dresser is cleared off and organized second roll: 7

Dice roller has helped me a lot. I would play tonight but I am so tired right now, I am looking forward to bed. I make a list every day and then roll dice to pick the order. If no one is playing dice roller, I put my list on Listzilla and work it from there. I am doing a major over haul of my kitchen right now....so kind of stuck there...not doing much else. I have a lot of stuff to wash and put away tomorrow. I worked about 3 hours on it this morning, but usually I only work a job for 15 to 20 minutes. It is amazing how much I have been able to do. Well, amazing to me, anyway.

Here I go 1) Clean kitchen surfaces 2) 20 mins decluttering sitting room 3) wash back bedroom floor 4) Clear kitchen table 5) Go through heap of old CDs and sort for charity shop 6) Weed at front of house I rolled 4 - clear the kitchen table it is!

Going to play a little bit. It's quiet around here today.
1. spend fifteen minutes on hall closet done 2. measure and cut one piece of shelf paper 3. spend ten minutes on bedroom 4. water outside plants 5. make phone call about lunch tomorrow done 6. walk dogs done
6--walk dogs. let me see if they want to go yet.
They did, though non-hyper dog's walk was interrupted by the maintenance man coming to work on my AC. I offered to take her back out after he left, but she said no.
4--water outside plants. I think I'll wait on this one, as hyper dog has fallen asleep in front of the back door.
1--fifteen minutes on hall closet. Let's see if I can make some progress there. --45 minutes spent on hall closet!

OK, I need to shift gears now, because I just found out I have friends coming over tomorrow afternoon, so I need to get busy making the front part of the apartment presentable. It doesn't have to be perfect, but I at least need to clear the floors, sofa, and chairs, and clean the bathroom. The kitchen is a lost cause, since I am painting in there.
1. Take dirty dishes to kitchen sink 2. Do something about pile of books and phone books under tv 3. put bug spray away 4. Put empty flower pots outside 5. Go through one pile of papers on end table 6. Find large folder for papers on coffee table, or return to tote
First roll: 4--put empty flower pots outside--done!
Second roll: 6--find large folder for papers on coffee table, or return to tote--returned papers to tote
Third roll: 1--take dirty dishes to sink--done!
Fourth roll: 5--go through one pile of papers on end table--done!
Fifth roll: 2--do something about pile of books and phone books under tv--done!
Putting bug spray away is the last thing on the list, so I'll go do that now.--done!

Going to play this morning and get the garden and patio plants watered. I have company coming this afternoon and need to get busy. 1. One bucket of water on garden-- done!2. Water four potted plants-- done!3. One bucket of water on garden-- done!4. Water sunflowers-- done!5. One bucket of water on garden-- done!6. Water five potted plants-- done!Maybe that will get everything? I hope! First roll: 6--water five potted plants Second roll: 1--one bucket of water on garden--hope my back holds out! Third roll: 5--one bucket of water on garden--off I go again! Fourth roll: 3--One bucket of water on garden--good grief, all at once! Fifth roll: 4--water sunflowers--they're about to bloom! Sixth roll: let's just see how long it takes to roll a 2.  Six rolls--off to finish watering the plants!

Now it's time to work on my apartment before company comes. I have a longer list on Whatchamacallit, but am bringing it over a little at a time, so I don't get too overwhelmed.
1. dust living room 2. dust dining room 3. clear off sofa 4. straighten quilt on sofa 5. clear off bathroom counter 6. wipe bathroom counter
First roll: 6--wipe bathroom counter. Since that requires clearing the counter, I'll do that first.

 seashell! I'm so far away from being able to have company, but DD is coming home Tuesday evening  , and I'm hoping to make more progress before she gets here. The girl left for college a year ago and has only been home a total of about 30 days since. I'm really missing her.  Okay After looking at my master list that I made up last weekend, I've come up with a plan: Most of these areas will require more than 1 fifteen minute increment. 1 die, gameboard method. 1. Bathroom: Floor & Fixtures, cleared off and clean. This will take several rolls to complete 2. Cat box: Emptied, cleaned, dried, refilled 3. Cars: Clean out excess stuff, vacuum. 4. Computer area: Clean up! 5. DD's room: Straighten up, clean dust, vacuum 6. Entryway, It's bad, really bad. 7. Kitchen: Floor, counters, cleared off and cleaned 8. Laundry: Start a load, put away clean clothes... etc. 9. Pay bills! I realized that the first 4 things I posted were, by chance, in alphabetical order, so being slightly OCD, I decided to continue the pattern.  1st roll: 6: entryway. I didn't get much done... but made a little dent.2nd roll: 2 + 6 = 8: Laundry. Gathered up the dirty laundry and started a load!3rd roll: 5, lands me on 4, computer area! Poof! Sorted/Tossed some papers.  4th roll: 1 lands me on 5: DD's room! Poof! Tossed some stuff. Much more todo.5th roll: 2 + 5 = 7: kitchen floor! Well not exactly the kitchen floor, but I did work in the kitchen. Then I returned to the laundry room where I've been working periodically throughout the day.My next roll lands me on 2 and has me cleaning the cat box. Cat box is drying in the sun.I rolled a 3, which has me back in DD's room. I'm going to take a vacuum and rag with me and try to clean up some of the squalor... dead bugs, etc. After doing some cleaning and laundry, I brought the cat box back in. Then I rolled and went back to the kitchen and did some more work. I thnk I'll take a brea for a while, so I don't burn out.

I need to seriously start working on boys room now since I am looking to move pretty soon since parents and I are constantly fighting now.
1. go thru boys clothes 2. go thru first bookshelf 3. go thru second bookshelf 4. pack up mom's clothes 5. get camping gear out 6. go thru closet 7. have boys try on clothes 8. work on boys dresser 9. take out all the extra blankets 10. put away clean clothes
I am going to just go thru the list in order and try to get as much done today as possible.
