Hello everyone, Here's my thoughts on the subject of desqualoring for today. I think my "one thing" to do everyday is sustainable. I have been following this self- imposed rule everyday now for about 10 days. And I've been able to concentrate one 1 task at a time instead of the bigger un-surmountable picture. Today I cleaned out the fish tank. This is my one thing for today. Tomorrow, I will choose something else. I hope, if there is somebody out there that is "frozen" by inactivity or not knowing where to begin. I hope you will try this simple plan of just one thing.
