I have a chronic illness, kidney disease. One of the symptoms is fatigue, general tiredness, another is "brain fog". I went to a meeting of kidney patients. One woman spoke about how she cleans house while dealing with utter tiredness- she limits herself to cleaning one room a day. If today is bathroom day, just clean the bathroom. Don't worry about the kitchen, bedroom, closets, etc.
