I wish I could download it too... Sigh... Due to different currency I can download only free ebooks. And I can't find any e-book swap free of charge either... More sigh...
Please tell us more after you read it.

This looks really good. I'm trying to figure out a way to get it. Not at my library yet.

Very good video on her site explaining it all. This lady was meant for us. She touches on all of the connections. Clutter, physical boundaries/avoidance, emotional clutter, chaos, etc. thanks for sharing!

looks good and the theory sounds good. I will look for it at the library as well. I could stand to lose a few pounds of body clutter as well as the physical clutter in my house!
I am so anal that I will probably try to figure out how many pounds I need to lose and how many pounds I need to toss and come up with some formula. Every 50 pounds tossed means I have to lose one pound.....or something like that...

Please tell us more after you read it. Have you tried a local library? Could you contact them and see if they can order a hard or ecopy? Or maybe an interlibrary loan? I hope you can gain access to it. I've only read a few chapters, but so far it's pretty good.

Clutter, physical boundaries/avoidance, emotional clutter, chaos, etc. thanks for sharing! I agree! I've read a few chapters thus far and her down-to-earth tone and empathy really shine through the writing. She's very candid about her story and about her struggles. I know she's doing a book tour. I hope she comes to the East Coast (USA).

I've only read a few chapters, but so far it's pretty good. The thing is I do not live in English speaking country - that is why I have a problem with different currency - the book is not in our country and an interstate library loan would be too expensive. Maybe I am not ment to read it

Thanks for posting this Cleantine! The book sounds very interesting. I've always loved Dorothy on Hoarders...and yes, I have a weight problem and a clutter problem! Looking forward to reading it.

I'm more than half way through and it's really excellent! It nails everything that I've been struggling against and gives great advice and and resources. Honestly, I'm not working for Dorothy! But I can't recommend this book enough!

That is exactly what I need - I decluttered my home during the last years - many things sent on - and now I am dealing with body clutter, I need to lose some weight I put on during the last 18 month. I found out that losing weight is actually a state of mind.

Because of this thread, I bought this book for my Kobo reader. Quite cheap: less than $10. Plus tax of course...... I gobbled it up quickly, as I was sooo impressed with her insights. She is very HONEST about herself. I am really tired of self-righteous "experts" who are "too perfect to be true". thanks for the recommendation.

I am reading it also. I love it. I am analyzing my thinking. I can see how many problems are interwoven.

I can't put any more books on my Kindle right now. (Self-imposed. I've got too many "to be read" at this point). But I'll check my library.
