I have not been able to log in on my Vista machine since around May 13. When I hit the Login button, I get a white screen with the word 'Redirecting' on it and this screen will sit for hours, but never even gives me a log on screen. I went to the Proboard dashboard and logged in, then I get the same screen. I cannot post to the board as a guest either. I am currently using XP/IE6.0.29 on a very old machine in my doom room to type this. Per Eagle's instructions I have tried several things, but I would really like to use my laptop instead of climbing over stackes of stuff to turn this machine on. Please Help!

Next Phase: I just downloaded Firefox and when I went to this site, I was already logged on. Now if I can just figure out how to enlarge the font! To increase font size on the webpage, hold down the ctrl key and the + character at the same time.
See this for more on how to increase and decrease font size in FF.
Ricky at ProBoards Support is asking if you are able to login using Firefox. It will help them to know if it's something being blocked by IE or if it's something about your computer in general. Let us know what happens. Thanks. BTW, I know it's hard to adjust to a new browser, so take as much time as you need to figure it out.
BTW, in the upper left corner of Firefox, you should see an orange 'Firefox' button with a down arrow on it. If you click on that, it opens up a drop down box that has the 'Help' option on the bottom right. To find answers to how to get around in Firefox, go to 'help' and it will open up a new tab for Firefox help. You can type in questions or key words and find answers to whatever you need to know about using Firefox.
It's so good to see you were able to login at last. Now I hope we can get the issue with your laptop resolved soon!

imamess, I see you posted in your blog using Firefox. That's great news! That narrows it down to IE 9. That's just what Ricky needs to know. I'll give you a link to the thread over there, so you can communicate directly with ProBoards Support to get this resolved. It should make getting the help you need faster and easier that way. Here is the thread at PB Support. You can post as a guest there, but you can also register at PB Support if you want to avoid having to go through the verification process each time you post (capcha and agreeing to TOS each time.)
