I bought a printer, a tape recorder (for work), and a little bitty bluetooth keyboard, with which I can type on my phone!!!!! (The phone's keyboard sometimes drives me crazy. I liked my iphone's touchscreen keyboard MUCH better. This one does too much auto-correct. I may be able to adjust it, but haven't figured that out just yet. Anyway, I bought a little Zagg bluetooth keyboard that is about 10 inches long, and it is wonderful!! I also bought a screen protector for my phone. I bought a baby monitor for Mother. A WONDERFUL investment! I can listen and watch from anywhere in the house, and some of the yard. I also bought extra sheets and towels for her. The two sets she has for her bed simply can't be washed and dried fast enough. We use disposable protective pads, but they are never in the right place at the right time.

lostchild; There is a book entitled "Sugar Blues" (and admittedly, it is an "oldie, but goodie!") that explains the role that a diet filled with simple sugars plays in causing depression.
I *still* don't understand why people think that "kids" *need* chips, sodas, cookies, etc. . . . It just sets them up for a lifetime of bad eating habits--admittedly, this is my *OPINION,* based on my own experience!
Best wishes,
Arid, the ice cream addict!
P. S. In my own defense--I eat a LOT of "healthy" foods, too!! A.

Bought a lunchbox in the shape of a fox for my husband yesterday. I saw it in a store window and thought it looked really expensive, but it was only 3 euro ! D was so excited he packed his lunch yesterday evening in stead of this morning That whole store was full of inexpensive but cool stuff so I'm proud of buying just the one thing.
