I found the offensive area. My cat has been spraying around the litter box. I scrubbed the surrounding area with dish detergent and a little vinegar. It slightly had an affect. I have now ordered Out! Hopefully that will take care of the problem.

Hi Pamela,
Is the cat spraying, as in missing the litter box, urine on the floor? Or spraying, as in, urine on the wall?
I guess for either scenario - another idea that might come in handy: I have also used puppy pads, like you buy to train puppies to pee on them, under the litter box. They have a plastic backing and an absorbent pad on the front. This might be expensive, but this allows you to pick up and throw away the pad without having to wash or treat the floor underneath. If the cat is spraying the wall, you could tape a pad on the wall to catch the spray.
Just another possibility...

I think he's just missing the litter box. When she came in yesterday she said there was a definite improvement.
