It's this stuff, the two most effective chemicals commercially available. A couple of years ago I read almost all the Amazon reviews for all the top rated roach killing products on the market in an obsessive mission to figure out how to get rid of the evil bastards, and these were the two top rated, and some brilliant seller sells them together. www.amazon.com/Cockroach-Australian-Smoky-Brown-Brown-Banded-cockroaches/dp/B005YK32K6/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top?ie=UTF8I put one line of each gel on index cards and placed them all over the house - every cabinet, under the couch, on the kitchen counter, on the bathroom sink, behind the toilet, in the corners, etc, and it does indeed work, and quickly. I checked the cards daily and would make up a new one if the roaches had gobbled up all the bait on one. It took maybe a month before I was comfortable throwing away the cards, and have only had to make up ONE new card to put somewhere in the last year (I saw a couple of roaches in my bathroom and was like "NO WAY, BASTARDS!" I think I actually might never have to wipe roach droppings out of my cabinets ever again, which is so very liberating.

Good for you! I'm so glad you found something that actually works! Do they have anything that would work for spiders or centipedes?

Centipedes - nothing works. Nothing. Ugh!!!!!!!!!!!
I have never seen gel by itself before, that's pretty cool.
