I am quite fancy I am quite cool You don’t use me You’re not in cooking school Goodbye Magic Bullet I've been meaning to donate you for quite some time, since I've already got a very nice blender. The only thing you had going for you were those little containers with the lids - yeah, until I found out the lids leaked! And take the Slap-Chop with you! Why do I even *have* a Slap Chop?! Oh right, it was a give-away gift for some who-know-what. Adios!
ETA: jelly molds...

Item/Clue #15You have too many You know it’s a hoard Can you decide To toss some overboard? My ceramic dog collection. I collected them for years when I was younger but haven't displayed them in decades, and probably never will. I will keep one or two of them, then let the rest go to the thrift store for some other child (or adult) to love.

There was a dust "worm" hanging from my daughters ceiling fan. It finally got tired of hanging on and fell on my daughter as she was lying on her bed and had just turned up the fan to turbo. So definitely the riddle about the dust bunnies but in our case it was more like a dust worm.

Because I'll buy them from you - I'm serious! Actually, I was daydreaming about having a thread where all we do is trade our treasures...

THi Unswamping - what a great idea for a party! I love how you have been so creative in putting the clues together. Here is my first contribution.
Item/Clue #1
I am quite fancy I am quite cool You don’t use me You’re not in cooking school
I thought I had found a great bargain last month - a nearly new Tefal electronic steamer for $10 at the Goodwill shop. It looked great - a cool translucent green (my favorite colour) and didn't have too big a footprint. I had visions of being able to easily steam salmon and lots of healthy veggies..... Got it home, cleaned it, tested it, and it gave off the most awful perfumey smell. DH and I put a lot of energy into trying to get rid of the smell, including lemon juice and vinegar, allowing it time to soak, and to air. I checked again yesterday and the smell is still there. Today, after reading this thread I have decided that there is nothing to be done, but put it in landfill. It is not worth donating because of the smell, and I don't want anyone else to have to go through the same process. Oh well - it was a great idea. I still want an electric steamer but maybe this is something I need to buy from the department store.

Great to see that while i was napping, you were all busy chucking. cyn great job on the Magic Bullet and the Slap Chop. Im not going to take any responsibility for a trading treasures thread. Nope, not me, im unswamping. seashell great work on your contribution to the party and the thrift shop. I know those puppies will be well loved by their next owners. def6 love the dirty worm. I think i got rid of one of those last week. jendela sorry that steamer was a bust. Maybe they steamed potpourri in it? Febrezed it to cover the musty smell from being stored in a basement. I hope that a really great sale comes along (maybe even a gift card) so you can get one cheap. phoenixcat you can start now at work and finish up at home. Twice the messy places, twice the chances to win! Cake for all and coffee too. (Yes, coffee, i need to get busy)
