Ally can you bake with a frozen egg or does it ruin them? When eggs freeze they crack. I have "fried" them. I don't let them thaw, and just fry them immediately. I would not attempt to store them for later use, although I think if I just put them in the freezer without thawing them, that might work. I hadn't thought about that before.

Happy Sunday, Louie, Ally, yrwelcome! Hi oust! Posting here last night really helped me stay on track, I want to post at least one thing on WIT daily. Younger dd moved back home from college yesterday, so we have to incorporate her things back into the house. Done: Vacuum and wet swiffer kitchen, sun room, entry doorway by garage, and wet swiffer kitchen and sun room again after foster dog urinated on clean floor!! He has a belly band on now! (Male doggy diaper) The entry mat into washer Dh and i loaded up truck with two trash cans, one recycle can, and lots of recycle paper and went to dump. It's very calming for me to take trash to the dump! Off to Costco for some groceries and Bed Bath and Beyond for a couple gifts - I have coupons! To do when back home: Put stuff away Tidy downstairs bathroom, it's turned into junk room, gotta throw stuff out. Vacuum family room Update later!

This question made me curious, so I did s little searching. Never thought about freezing eggs, but you can! Hi Louie! Good evening everyone (its evening in eastern US). Done: Put away shopping: groceries from Costco, gifts from bed bath and beyond, and Dollar General. Walked and fed dogs, gave foster dog his meds, cleaned up sun room where foster dog peed while we were gone, swiffered sun room, garage entry again to make things smell good. Took old bedding out of old cat sleeping box in garage, shook it out, and washing it now. Our cat died few months ago. I have friend who said he will give me outdoor cat shelter I can prep for neighborhood stray. Prep for bad weather predicted for this weekend, dh moved his little miata convertible to the backyard and we put car cover on it. It will live happily there until spring. To do: Get dinner with dh and dd Put away laundry Unload dishwasher

Good afternoon all! This morning I had an appointment with the ophthalmologist. A few years ago an ophthalmologist thought I might have low-pressure glaucoma, but now they don't think so, but there is no way to tell without checking my eyes regularly to see if I am losing vision or the shape of the "cup" around my optic nerve is changing. This time I had trouble seeing things in the upper field of vision, but they think I have droopy eyelids, so next time, they will tape my eyes open when I do the visual field test. Then I went to my family doctor, and discussed a bunch of different issues, My high cholesterol, my lack of sweating appropriately, tick bites, getting tested for Hep C, and a whole bunch of other issues. The doctor went to check my pupils momentarily forgetting that my eyes were dilated from the ophthalmologist. She said, "That's creepy!" I bought a few groceries and some pillow protectors on the way home, and put them away. I loaded up the dishwasher and started it I started a load of laundry I started to make some healthy, part-whole grain, part sourdough pizza dough. Still to-do: Fill the bird feeder Fill the chicken feeder, check their waterer Continue with laundry, dishes and pizza I might start making a Swedish tea ring to take to work tomorrow.

Bird feeder has been filled, Chicken feeder has had enough food to last a few days added to it. They have enough water. Moved laundry to the dryer Threw out an old shoe. I tend to think I should keep old shoes to wear in the garden, or while painting, however I don't need 10 pair of old shoes laying (or should I say lying?) around for this purpose. (I am not good with grammar).
to-do: Will start another load of laundry, I think Prepare pizza Do more cleaning up, tossing as many items as possible. Pack up meals to take to work tomorrow.

Hi Ally- Good for you tossing the old shoe. I've held on to old sport shoes too long for the same reason. Good job on laundry, DW, chicken care and getting some medical concerns addressed.
