Today, if I allow it, could become extremely overwhelming. I have many commitments today and much to do because we have been out of town. *deep breath*. First coping strategy: make a list!

TwinkleToes, you have accomplished so much today! I have been gone, as well, and will try to make a list tomorrow. My bedroom is goat paths only, with Christmas all over the floor in big piles of decorations, wrapping supplies, boxes, etc.

Feeling somewhat overwhelmed. Depression is trying to swell. Ugh. One foot in front of the other, I tell myself be a warrior you can do it.

TwinkleToes, sorry about the depression trying to get a foothold. I know the feeling. This song usually helps me at least get a few things done, even when I'm feeling overwhelmed. Today's list: wrap gifts lunch with friend That'll take all day. I hope you have a good day!

Well, lunch with friend didn't happen. I have wrapped several gifts, so that's a positive. Going to get back to it. I need to wash the dishes, too.

TwinkleToes, I hope you are having a good day today. If the depression is still a problem, take time for taking care of you; just do what you can. Believe me, I know how it is. TaDa washed and dried three load of laundry walked Prissy several times fed Prissy got my hair cut went to bank took Prissy to Petco and got dog food and a sweater for her (it's cold out!) heated some soup for lunch loaded all the wrapping supplies into the car trunk ToDo wash dishes get some ribbon out of the trunk to use for decorating wash another load iron scarf and maybe some other clothes work on pile on bedroom floor for a bit
