Dd finishes lessons at 10 today and friend's dad is bringing her home again. Ds finishes at normal Wednesday time, 11.30, after a French exam.
Done:
Shower and get dressed.
Unclog bath drain.
Sort wet washing.
Put some wet washing in the tumble dryer.
Open shutters.
Sort laundry loads.
Load washing machine with darks 1.
Coming up next:
Breakfast stuff away.
Load dishwasher.
Tidy and wipe over kitchen table.
Tidy and wipe over kitchen worktops.
Clothes horse wet jeans.
Clothes horse wet greys.
Fold tumbled greys when finished.
Sort wet darks 1.
Tumble / clothes horse wet darks 1.
Load washing machine with darks 2.
Sort wet darks 2.
Tumble / clothes horse wet darks 2.
Load washing machine with dark woollens.
Clothes horse dark woollens.
Assess available drying room to decide whether I can wash any more stuff.
Start prepping / cooking lunch.
Homework with dd.
Show dd how to sew on her Scout badge.
Homework with ds.
Get cheebs to strip their beds.
Help cheebs to put clean sheets on.

Well dd got home at 10.05, wouldn't do homework or Scout badge and despite hugely untidy bedroom and part way through massive Lego project decided to get all baby doll clothes out to 'make a shop'... Did 'help' to get rid of two piles or ick - assorted loo bands, ribbons, hair elastics, embroidery threads from making friendship bracelets etc. This stuff just gets moved around the floor forming islands of grossness.
Both their rooms are too bad for them to tidy in the available time now, and ds can only tidy if I'm uo there with him, and I just don't feel inclined. I spent hours, and days this time last year in his room. It never got finished and then got worse again, in fact, I'm going to go and dump mega stuff on his bed, and no games console this afternoon until it's sorted. Wait for the tantrums...
I set the washing machine up. But somehow instead of putting it on I out the timer on for hours, so have fallen behind there.
Done:

Have put stuff on ds's bed, and have sent his text messages to read on the bus so he knows the score. A lot of it is books, and his shelves are full. We need to clear room, and I've said I will help.

Hello lesaulerouge happy to see you are still fighting the good fight. I have come to a "giving up" stage and am staying with my Mom and Dad for a week. Maybe get my head on straight and decompress. Just to get my kids out of there for a while. It's so nice. I don't want to go back. So, while at Mom's trying to build good habits. Coming up next...  lesaulerouge I understand your frustration.....sending positive  that your DS and DD will come home with a "get it done attitude". Back at work today and I have a bad cold, it is better today then yesterday, but the chitter chatter of my students is just very unnerving. Doing a lot of counting to 10, as it is not their fault that I feel bad, and they are not being bad, it is just intensified by my stopped up sinuses. Was up at 12:30 am so stopped up I could hardly breath, took hot shower, some meds and then got in the recliner to sleep propped up. I guess I got back to sleep at about 2:00. Back up at 5:30 slow going -- two hour delay for school today, it was really foggy today which made it very difficult to see possible "bad spots" on the road. Needless to say I did not use the extra time to do anything extra. TADAWater -- forgot meds  Head2Toe DS clothes out Bunnies and Kitties Stopped and store to get coffee and Knots Cookies for breakfast Checked e-mail Plugged up Got Macs Setup Can Front Page Setup for class 1 Scheduled is modified for the day so my 90 planning period will be right after my first class as opposed to after my 2nd class. TODOSetup for class 2 & 3 Setup can for the week ALC to meet with student ONWARD

Sorry about fuse box issues lesaulerouge. thedreadedknock sending vibes of positive energy your way, I know first hand chose and disarray of a home can suck the energy and positive thoughts out of you. Glad that you are getting a bit of a reprieve at your parents home. Absorb all the positive energy while there so you will be ready for whatever you next best action is.
