lesaulerouge Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday would be the same as a Bank Holiday. Chocolate Eclair Pie -- Quick and easy *In a 13x9 inch pan layer the bottom with graham crackers *In a separate bowl mix up a box of pudding with two cups of milk (per the instructions on the box)-- I use French Vanilla Pudding or Cheesecake Pudding. At Christmas time I replace the milk with Egg Nog. But not everyone likes it with Egg Nog. *Once mixed and a container of coolwhip *Pour over top the graham crackers *Place a layer of graham crackers on top of pudding mixture *Pour chocolate frosting over top the top layer of graham crackers. I buy already made chocolate frosting and melt it in the microwave, in the container it is bought in. I melt it 30 seconds at a time stirring between 30 second intervals, once it is pourable I pour it over. Chill in the refrigerator I make it quick and simple DS and DD both can make it and it takes all of 10 mins. Everybody loves it, I take it to every family dinner because everyone request it and I never bring any home -- they eat it up. Here is a recipe allrecipes.com/recipe/19009/chocolate-eclair-dessert/ --- There is a video at the top that shows how to make it. There is a variation in this recipe and mine. I use 1 box of pudding and two cups of milk. My filling is not has think I just pour I do not have to spread it. I do not put the middle layer of graham crackers as it shows in the recipe. It is better if you refrigerate overnight.

Ok thank you, but no pudding, no egg nog (I still don't really know what that is), no coolwhip, no frosting!!! I can get something which I think is a bit like Graham crackers...
Not having a great week, nothing specific. Just not achieving, back maybe tomorrow.
