So much purging of tiny little things I fear will take an unlimited amount of time and will never be done Grace, I think this is over half the battle: the little things. When I cleaned the dirt and debris out of the sliding glass door track yesterday, it took a long time and was absolutely tedious. But in the long run, a clean track means a longer life for the wheels. Same thing with your little things and both of our papers; it'll be worth it. It's just a big pain getting through!

I want to be in the kitchen that joyinvirginia is in - cake and baked brie! My kitchen is unheated and freezing cold. I survived my last foray into there by heating a pan of water on the hob. Trying to psych myself up to getting back in there to do my to dos.

It's dark here now (after 10pm) and 2 degrees celsius (36 Fahrenheit). Not entirely sure why the extension with the kitchen and bathroom in is unheated, but it does reduce my desire to be in there right now!
Done: Put red sauerkraut into jar Took some more dirty plates into kitchen from living room (still a few left) Did another load of washing up - probably need one more load (and no more using of stuff!) to clear the backlog Hung up laundry upstairs (but uniform for tomorrow is on radiator behind me)
To Do: Clear settee, including taking plates etc into kitchen
