Children went back to school this morning after 2 weeks of holidays, dh is at work. It's all very quiet and lonely!
Weather report says heavy rain, but it's currently blue skies and sunshine outside. Wondering whether to get washing out, it's only 7.45am so it could be wet before it gets dry at all, hhmmmmn, decisions decisions!
Lots and lots to do, boring necessary stuff, but I also have sewing obligations to fulfill for testing...
Done:
Breakfast stuff and meds away.
Coming up next:
Empty dishwasher.
Refill dishwaher.
Tidy and wipe over kitchen.
Recycling.
Sort wet washing.
Tumble dry socks, undies, pyjamas etc.
Bring down dry washing.
Tumble to finish off.
Fold dry washing.
Clothes horse wet washing.
Fold and put away board jackets and pants.
Check board gloves and wrist guards, hang any damp ones to dry.
Get peggy hangers in from the garden.
Open shutters.
Shower and get dressed.
Stitch hems that I pinned last night.
Cut and stitch neckband before I need to change thread colour.
Topstitch neckband.
Find pineapple and white fabrics.
Cut out overalls.
Sew overalls.
Look for matching colour snaps.
Add snaps.
Photo and add to tester group.
Find black jeans look fabric.
Cut out overalls.
Sew overalls.
Look for matching colour snaps.
Add snaps.
Photo and add to tester group.

I'm Good thanks, my energy upped and left though so I've not been getting much done lately, I'll be glad to get on top of some stuff today
I'm English paper piecing a hexagon quilt with liberty lawn so I can get a good few out of a FQ x
Wash load in

I have a lot of pieces that are 1, 2 or more metres long... They're just not to our taste, and I find tana lawn very difficult to use, too lightweight and floaty / see through etc.
