Hi everyone! I haven't gotten very many ta-da's done so far. Last evening DD had come for a visit. We ended up going out to eat and then fabric and food shopping, and rented a blue-ray disc that would not play in our player... but we ended up watching it on Vudu instead. This morning, I loaded the dishwasher, then helped DD make 2 pillow covers. (I pressed and sewed, and she cut the fabric) She had to leave to go to an event, but due to an accident she was an hour late arriving. She wanted to make 2 more pillow covers, and has talked about returning for the afternoon tomorrow to finish them. The 2nd two are more complicated than the 1st 2.
I just got back from a nice walk, and then started a load of laundry.
to-do: Empty the dishwasher Continue with the laundry...

I am impressed with all the work getting done this weekend! I have very little to report even though it is mid-afternoon Sunday here. I woke with a migraine early hours of Friday morning so I spent 2 days in bed. I improved on Friday evening but it returned during the night. Saturday was possibly the worst pain I have ever had, certainly the worst I have had for a long time. The doctor had started me on new meds and I think they contributed. I have stopped taking them. Today I feel better but I have no energy. I have sympathy for you Minerva I hope you recover quickly. Out of bed, Showered and dressed Sheets in wash Coffee for the first time since Thursday Comb hair Light the fire Start drying sheets

Thank you, razy. I spent yesterday feeling thoroughly queasy and headachey and wound up not eating any of my lentil stew. Then dozed off on my settee in the early hours of this morning. However, have woken up today and so far, am feeling better. I'm lucky that my migraines rarely last beyond a day so I really feel for you. Done: Woke up at 8am Turned on computer to check emails, etc. Whoops - realised it's 9am - clocks have gone forwards! To Do: Make myself presentable to go out and do grocery shopping Open curtains Put a few things back where they belong

Done: Tidied bathroom Cleaned bath Wiped over various bathroom surfaces including skirting boards
Vacuumed bathroom carpet (I rent! Not my choice of flooring...) Vacuumed kitchen (next to my bathroom) Tidied in kitchen
Put away yesterday's washing (except a couple of things that aren't quite dry) Wiped kitchen surfaces Wiped cooker
Scrubbed draining board now it is accessible
I can't believe how much I can get done in a short amount of time with things already in a reasonable condition. 40 minutes to do all the above, and that includes doing some deeper cleaning than would be necessary if I was doing regular maintenance cleaning. Just have to keep up the momentum.
To Do: Do a load of washing up Tidy in dining room Take boxes up to attic room for storage
