Yes that's true. I goofed off today and I didn't do a single thing to improve my home in any way , shape or form. Now I sit here ...I am starting to regret wasting my time . I'll go do a 10 minute task.

If you needed the break, don't beat yourself up for taking it. Sometimes I just CAN'T manage to "do", other times I accomplish great feats. Just give yourself the benefit of the doubt and pick up and start fresh soon.

Thank you Di for that "Get out of jail free pass" I'll only use it on special occasions The 10 minutes did jump start me into action: Wiped the bathroom mirror with water and a micro fiber did the swish n swipe wiped the bathroom counter straightened my bed dishes laundry vacuumed picked up 2 more bedrooms and another bathroom trash cleared fridge of leftovers

Teach me, O Wise Ones, how do do this without guilt? Perhaps I'm too accustomed to having to lead, teach everyone in my life, or simply do all the work? I don't know how to stop until my body shuts me down? How do you stop? ♡

Dear closetofchaosI hear your anguish my friend. That mental health social worker has really upset you for no good reason! Healthy ways to cope: Try to get her removed from your case, Call her boss. Set up an appointment with your counselor or physician Journal about this distressing time scream into a pillow pray or meditate cry And then: Clean, maintain, declutter,shine Live healthy, eat right , exercise Be on time, fulfill commitments and be fabulous.

Hello DiI am never put off by your comments. When I read a comment from you, I always hear it in a very supportive way. You are also very strict in a way that you would not hesitate to tell someone if they were messing up. That's what I really like about you.
