Good morning! shellsncheese, I'm so sorry about the loss of your pet. Pamela, moods and motivation are strange things, aren't they. Sometimes it seems I'm feeling down just because it's a rainy day--nothing else seems to account for it. Better luck today. I've spent the past couple of days concentrating on computer stuff. My internet provider is doing away with their webmail. There are so many things I use that address for as a log-in! They are giving us the option of taking our usernames to another service by a certain date, and I do plan to sign up for it. But only as a way of catching any straggler emails that may come through. What I'm trying to do is change to a different email address at all the places where I've been using this one. While I'm at it, I'm trying to delete old accounts wherever I can. It's very time consuming. This morning I'm trying to get back on track. I've straightened up the kitchen, got a "diet" pumpkin pie in the oven, started the dishwasher, and started a load of laundry. I'd like to get a second load of laundry done, and I'm going to continue on the computer stuff. And I have to figure out what to make for dinner. That may be my hardest task today.

Good morning every pony!
shellsncheese sorry about your dear doggy
Diane I think the rain is done here, but wow the wind is up today. Enjoy your boots!
magda yay on getting the consignment sale done! Good luck with the phone calls. I hate them too. Sometimes I can get one of my alters to pretend she's Ernestine and make them. ("One ringy-dingy...")
DustyD I am not looking forward to doing that when we sell the house in GA. I've "rolled over" a lot of accounts, but there is still the odd one that crops up.
I am slowly waking up. I must confess I am still in vacation mode. And to confess more still, quite distracted by a young man I met on board.
DONE: video the wind in the trees check email check weather update my everything notebook start today's list start today's timesheet check folk's schedule text BFF re rescheduling hiking, but I don't think she got it take meds

shellsncheese, i am so sorry for the loss of your dog. soft hugs. DustyD, what a pain to have to move everything to a new email address and delete all the other stuff- i know how time consuming that is. wtg on laundry done. i'm going to try this thread. chat doesn't always work for me due to my own distractibility. a nice young man came here to help me move a tall wooden shelving unit to storage. [ i live in a 4 plex, upstairs. i felt so ashamed he would see the inside of this place - he had never seen a hoarder's house before.] he was very kind, said, "it's not so bad." i survived the shame and due to his non-judgmental attitude, i didn't cry like i thought i would. Shelf is GONE! we got it moved to the large storage unit.! Yaaaaaay! happy dance! it fit perfectly where i wanted to put it. i put shims under the bottom and it is stable and ready to take the load. i was prepared for him in all aspects, including having a path for us to carry it - and all went smoothly. i paid him well, and he was thrilled! i'm thrilled too! Now i can proceed. i just thought of something, though; before i fill it all up. due to wet concrete floor which holds moisture, i probably should have put carpet or something UNDER it to wick the moisture away from it so the bottom resting on floor doesn't get dryrot from the dampness. so i think i should do that. suggestions on what to use?

Good afternoon everyone! I'm home from my mid-day work, luckily the rain stopped long enough for the first dog walk, that's the dog that really, really hates rain. It rained during the second walk, but not too hard, so it was okay. Now I'm home until 5:30. Yay, CC is working along today! As far as your shelving unit, I wouldn't use carpet, since that will absorb the dampness also. Something plastic, like a plastic runner or even a thick trash bag. I'm glad you finally got that moved, I know that's been on your list for a while. Finish lunch Clean up from lunch Purge some paper Wash cat food dishes Diane

Congrats on getting that shelf moved, CC. I imagine that must have been a stressful situation, but I'm glad you got through it with minimal upset. Glad to see you working along.
Diane, I'm glad the rain let up for awhile. It's a dreary day here. It's not been a very good spring break for the boys. At least we've got a couple activities planned for this weekend: bowling and a movie.
I got the kitchen all cleaned up. There wasn't much to do in there. My dishwasher is leaking slightly, but I can't tell from where. I'll have to get maintenance in here, but they just replaced the dw a few months ago, so I can only imagine what they'll think now that this one is acting up. *sigh*
Next up: Tidy living room Tidy bathrooms Tidy master room

After I tidied the living areas, I watched T play Roblox for a bit. It's an interactive world with hundreds, perhaps thousands, of games to play. Currently, he's building a doughnut factory.
Next up, help G with: Toilet 1 Sink 1 Mirror 1 Tub
Myself: Trash 1 Sweep 1 Clean floor 1
He'll get a dollar for helping with the bathroom. T will work on the other bathroom. This summer, they're going to be helping out more. They're going to have a small allowance. I think it'll be nice.
