I noticed he used tally marks to get a number of pushups.
My morning sequence of tinyhabits. added one at a time.
a couple of window sill pushups on rising. Stretching feet/ankle/leg tendons/muscles helps me stand and walk.
toilet, brush hair and teeth (teeth brushing is a new addition this year), meds (30 - 60 min delay to eat), start bfst cooking - turn off the heat, feed fish, read inspirational day page (new this year. I need take it to a window as my glasses aren't in place yet. Print can be fine, and the meaning takes untangling.) ?Start load of washing? depending on the day..*
back to bed to read and meditate from 2 other sources. Lexio divino style. Trying to add a yoga hand mundra in there as well. Wk2 of that since yoga started again.

new again habit - to count water glasses using 'semipreciousgem' pebbles as counters on K window sill. That became the tiny habit as 'drink 7-8 glasses of water' didn't get me doing it, and knowing what # I was up to.
In the evening I'm at day 2 of drying up immediately washing up is done, shining sink. Shining the sink is a return of an old ideal from a decade ago. Admitting I missed 6 days this year, so its a work in progress.
It would be good if I added screens off after sink is done, and move to before bed routine, but I'm yet to get that leap. (again) she says. I was there at some stage - LR lights out by 9.30pm. yep - 2.5 hours ago.
Early January I did go on a whimsy and made a list of habits I'd like to have, then kept adding to it.

Eating 3 meals a day is happening.
. Its a start, and an improvement. I'll probably chose a few to highlight in Feb.
Something to do with tidying/discarding will be in there. Probably on the Take 5 (and deal with them) model, and hope for repetitions.
Maybe the P trigger model would work for me there too.
