Hi All,
It's been some time since I have used chat, and today after posting a couple of times decided to navigate that way to get started with a cleaning challenge. I tried Chrome, FireFox and Edge, in that order.
I noticed 2 things:
There was no one else in the chat room, so I thought I would at least open it. I couldn't find an access point to see and enter chat. For work I have to have Java installed and enabled in all browsers, and I know some browsers don't play well in rendering older Java-driven applications. In fact, I had to go back to Internet Explorer and use in an emulation/compatibility mode.
Is there an alternate chat application in use that modernized? The reason I ask: Apple dropped support for Java some years ago, so if the chat application in use isn't HTML5 driven, likely it won't work for Macs, iPads, iPhones ever. Likewise, for those of us on Windows 8.1-10 we will have problems as well.
I saw that for a time there was an alternate chat application, curious if folks have moved to an alternate application?
Thanks!

Follow up--using IE compatibility mode, was able to finally get in--as I mentioned W10, 64 bit.
