Daily (Monday to Friday):
I'm not putting a specific time for getting up or going to bed - going to see how it shakes out especially if I reduce the glowy things and commit to 8 hours of in office time.
Exercise in the AM? Try and at least walk before the day gets away from me.
Self care (brush (and floss!) teeth, shower, shave if needed, wash hair if needed), moisturize
Cat care (food, water)
Empty dishwasher and re-load if necessary, Wash any dishes in the sink.
Start a load upon wakening - make sure it is in dryer and finished and/or drying before leaving house (if DH is home).
Make bed
Eat breakfast - record food in MFP
Work 8 hours - walk around the building a bit every couple hours.
When taking breaks - 1) sort through mail from home - shredding/recycling 2) take care of "business" - pay bills, schedule events, etc. and 3) plan meals and grocery lists.
Cook supper, washing dishes as I go - pack lunch for the next day - measure and record in MFP
Clean kitchen including a quick mop
PM Exercise? Have access to a pool - have about 2 more months before it is too cold.
Laundry status - put away the wash from the morning. Do another load? Or, get ready for the next day?
Walk through the house - PEEP
Next day clothes prep - iron?
If home alone, cat litter in the evening. Otherwise DH's job
Gather up small bag of stuff that needs to leave the house - hoping this line item has an eventual end
Try and drop off on way to or from work.
Sit with LM - work on memorabilia or read. Hoping this also has an eventual end as LM becomes adjusted.
Evening self care - bleach trays?, moisturize, nail care, brush (and floss!)
Daily (Saturday/Sunday)
As above, except for the work part. Probably will have plans with friends here and there.
Work on larger project that requires an 8 hour day or most of the weekend.
Find a church?
Watch the NEW shows that taped during the week
Weekly
Plan meals and grocery shop
Clean cat bowls and fountains
Work on random hot spots - de-cluttering, filing, sorting - on average 2 hours TOTAL a week.
2017:
Plan out of state party which will generate a dozen lists on its own!
Travel and travel planning
Get all cats to vet
Some kind of house project involving lots of money and contractors - whatever is worst I guess
Holidays
Yes it looks like a lot. But a good portion I actually do every day. Very lax on the exercise
And, probably some of this stuff eats into my work time. I actually do better in the AM (if I stay off the computer, etc.) Toward evening - I'm really pushing to get the bare minimum done. If I have this list
maybe I will commit to actually checking some or all of the boxes
See what works and mostly what doesn't
