Well, tackling the guest room is out for now. It's the coldest room in the house, and the warmest room is 66F/19C. I may run the stove self-cleaning option tomorrow , which I usually do in February!
TA-DAH 1. Washed dishes 2. Emptied out the ailing "lucky bamboo" and set the container to soaking in the sink 3. Laundry bedclothes into dryer 4. Laundered bathroom rug 5. Entered addresses from holiday cards into address book 6. Shredded a number of envelopes, statements, etc. & ran a lubricant sheet through the shedder
TO DO 1. Take out trash bag and check the mailbox (one trip into the cold!!!) 2. Hook up Tv and DVD player 3. Continue sorting paperwork Box I discovered

MamaAngie, that's nice that you started the day rested. I hope it goes well. No Walmart nearby, so I'm envious of the ordering. Yrwelcome, good job on following your morning routine. TA-DAH 1.Warmed up car & scraped off 2. Put on nicer clothes 3. Ran errands 4. Went to work, where I discovered an e-mail sent yesterday with a deadline yesterday. I don't think that's right, but I got it done immediately and I hope it works out for the poor girl. 5. Took down the tree and packed the ornaments at work 6. Entered a set of grades. By then the heat was off again, so came home. 7. The squash were the first thing I saw when I got home. I somehow forgot them yesterday. So they're cooking along with thawed turkey. 8. Found paperwork wanted by HR (I filed instead of turning in the original!) 9. Paid bill and threw in mailbox For the most part, I love ordering groceries from Walmart! Sometimes they are out of things that have not been updated online. They will do substitutions if you do not uncheck the substitute box. It is a 50/50 how that works out. Sometimes it's just a different brand. They never charge you more though, always the lower price. Yesterday however I did not uncheck the sub box on anything. So we got a large can of Pringles instead of the individual cups for the kids lunches. And they just didn't fill 3 items. Usually it says "not available." They completely wiped out these 3 items from my order. I wasn't charged. But annoying because now my husband has to stop at the store tonight. It's not a perfect system, but it saves me a lot of time and backaches! Good job yesterday missjean!!
