their highly technical instructions for resetting it--poking a paperclip into a hole. i was referring to your reply to a statistic that Diane found abou 30% of people born after 1980 didn't think living in a Democracy was important.I actually have a blog, which I post in once or twice a year. When I want to post in it, it's so far back I can never find it. I started it specifically because I say controversial things about the psychiatric industry and knew they would be upsetting to many of the people here and wanted to warn people. I thought about talking politics in it but it's probably not a good idea. In my experience on other websites, people can be WARNED what a post or thread is about, but they read it anyway, then they complain to the moderators because they don't like what's in the post. This has happened several times at other sites, and then the moderators blame the poster instead of the person reading, who should JUST NOT READ IT. Anyway, I'm home from mid-day work and am eating lunch. I think a long reading session will be part of this afternoon, but I'd like to do a few things first, since I'm sleepy and am afraid I might end up taking a nap. Diane

I hear ya, Diane!
OK so I started to panic because I really need to start getting ready and I always start to panic when I need to start getting ready. But I did carry-on with my list got the floor picked up so I could vacuum later, brought clothes from one closet to the other so they are more consolidated, addressed and stamped all my mail, updated my shopping lists, no I didn’t Put the sheets in the wash need to put them in the dryer before I leave so what I have to do next is get dressed and slap on some make up. Pack up jump in the car

nonchalant -- I'm so glad you got your power back on !!!! dusty -- I hope looking at garden things cheered you up!!! ********** DONE: * called mom * prepped an up-purposed book for an art journal -- just need to gesso some pages * chicken soup is on the stove simmering * did one load of laundry My side hurts more than ever. The ultra sound lady had to really press on it a lot. And it's almost time for more Ibuprofin. I truly hope I can relax tonight. I'm so sick of the pain. No appointments tomorrow - that should help. Major chore left is a a giant pile of dishes to wash after we eat. I wish they'd magically get washed.

Scholar, oh no! That must be so frustrating for her, trying to do something healthy and then that!
I accomplished what I wanted to this afternoon. Tonight I'm going to concentrate on laundry in between watching some things on tv with DH. Will say goodnight!

picked up stuff in front hall- uncovered 2 cans of soup! bonus! how does one lose soup? well i can do it. just so much paper on top of it.
have drunk all the milk (in tea). that means i have to leave the house or tomorrow morning will be intolerable. that will leave less stair climbing energy for laundry. but! i'll get my 2 recycling bins emptied again. they're almost full again.
i will reboot laundry first or it will never happen. then when i get back imight die. or perhaps i will have soup.

Good night dusty!
Chris, I hope your husband washed the dishes.
And puppybox, I hope you're eating soup right now!
Scholar--I REALLY hope your DM is okay, that it turns out to be the least serious thing that she could have done to her wrist. AND I hope it's not her dominant hand.
I talked for a while to my shopping friend, we've postponed our trip until next Friday. I need soda, and there's no sale this week, so I'm hoping that after 2 weeks without a sale they'll have one next week. I ate dinner, and cleaned up after, and now I'm past due to start my night time routine, so that's next:
TO DO:
Give everyone fresh water Restock drinks in fridge Scoop litter pans Check locks
Diane
