Welcome to the "Whatchamacallit" Thread -- kind of a weekly blog and/or list thread.
Welcome! Feel free to join us here. There are no "rules". Post daily, weekly, or occasionally. Post your to-dos, or your ta-das, or a sentence or two ... or whatever works for you!You can be as chatty or as self-focused as you need to be. Some chattily exchange comments and support, and use this as a "group action blog". They enjoy the camaraderie. Others remain completely and quietly focused on ONLY their own tasks -- and seeming to ignore everyone else. They just need to stay focused on getting things done. Both approaches are fine here! This thread has no expectations that we come back and cheer each other on. This is a week-long thread. Members from DIFFERENT TIME ZONES can post TOGETHER on a single thread, without worrying if you are on the "correct" day's thread. We intentionally make each week's thread dated "Sunday through Sunday" so that you can post however/whenever you feel comfortable -- (and you have full permission to optionally post your "Sunday tasks" on more than one thread and claim double credit!) HOW to post: Any way you like! NOTE: Lists not required! This is NOT a "cookie-cutter" thread. Posts can have different styles.🚃 The focus is action -- post however best works for you.All of us are in unique situations. Some work full/part time, some don't work outside the home, some work from home, some take care of other people, some are students, some have lots of kids, some are living alone and have themselves to take care of, some folks are depressed, have ADD/ADHD --- whatever the situation is. We all want to declutter/desqualor and/or maintain. Just do what might work for you.
Some of us just know that we do better listing Ta-das, and seeing our Ta-das at the end of the day or week. Even if in baby steps... this shows us that we did do something and/or are working on it. Sometimes it can be surprising to see all you did in one day. Or sometimes, you may end your day but be able to say: "I may not have gotten much done today but I did do this ____."

This thread can go hand-in-hand with other threads such as the WITs (Working in Threes) thread or the "Ten-Minute-Sessions" thread, etc. -- for those who may want to track their weekly accomplishments.
Remember: Amnesty! It is not even required to come back and cheer each other on.

Thanks for all the feedback!
I'm just back from walking my dog. I thought it was mild outside, but when I got a fair distance from home, it started misting, it was colder than what I thought, and very windy. By the time we got home, both my throat and my ear were hurting. Hope I'm not going to get sick. I'm having some tea.
I got the dishwasher loaded and run, and washed a load of jeans. Picked up some in the living room. That's about it. I'm hoping to do a few things this afternoon and do better tomorrow.

Friday, March 16, 2018 Weigh in: 161.2 lbs. Planned meals for today. Drink 4 glasses of water Take all meds: thyroid allergy spray allergy pill 2 calcium pills bp med Vit D Diet Successfully Very stressed & anxious this afternoon at work. Forgot about dieting & reached for some comfort food that I do NOT intend to buy any more of!!! I ate half of a brand new bag of Honey BBq Trail mix... which is 690 calories for one cup. I think that's about what I ate. So, kinda blew it big time. I didn't realize it until the end of the day when I was straightening my desk. So, I put it on the table in my office that we put food for the office upon. I am hoping that others will eat it all up. And, I don't intend to take it and put it on my desk. I'm done with it! Put away hand-washed stuff from drainboard Unload dishwasher Wash sinkful of dishes Wash another sinkful of dishes Wash top of stove Fold/hang load of laundry Put away that load Put 1 load in washer Move that load to dryer Wash sink counter to left of sink Wash sink counter to right of sink Wash part of sink counter in front of toaster Empty kitchen trash & replace bag Empty back bathroom trash & replace bag Empty my bedroom trash Empty front bathroom trash & replace bags Empty den trash Got thru small stack of papers on TV Table in den Do Back Exercises including crunches & planks Do triceps extensions Do push-ups Meal Plan for tomorrow & Sunday Plan for tomorrow Brush teeth Floss teeth Get ready for bed Get things ready for tomorrow. Read for a few minutes Go to sleep midnight or earlier

Serendipity Actually, I meant to come back & delete that post. I didn't do hardly anything on that post. No excuses except for an anxiety filled, stressful day at work. And, even that... just doesn't cut it for an excuse anymore. I will re-use that list (maybe with a couple tiny changes). CD
