Hi just start with one thing and I say taking care of your animals. Please take the dogs out. Going outside is good for humans too!! I have two cats and so I scoop every day -it is easier for me to do daily. I remember better, it is part of my routine and it never gets too gross, So today please decide to take the dogs out and clean up animal messes. I bet you’ll all feel so much better. You can do it!!!!!

welcome, amienough - and yes, you ARE enough. i agree with everyone here. seems the priorities for you are your beloved animals so that is a great place to start - with them - and probably will make you feel the most "better" about yourself the fastest, and help assuage some of that guilt and shame you feel - we all can relate to that and it serves us NOT. some days i can't even face 15 minutes (i hoard) so if i can do 5 that day, that's a success. please keep posting; it'll help. some of my favorite threads for overwhelm are "Do One thing", 5 minute room rescue, my very own thread on hoarding and backsliding, and the working in threes thread. i am so ADHD unfocused that sometimes, chat is too much distraction for me. you'll find your way - you and your furbabies are worth it!
