This is Working in Threes for July 2019 The guidelines for WIT are simple: - Do some little thing to make your house less squalorous. ☝️ - Do one more little thing. - Do another little thing. - Once you have 3 things done, post them here! - Post the next 3 things you plan on doing. - Go forth and conquer, return and post again. - You aren't required to do the 3 things you had planned on -- just get any 3 things done and then post proudly. Remember - if you are tired or sick or injured or depressed or overwhelmed, or just need to break your tasks down into something manageable, you are in the right place! If the next 15 minutes consists of: - Looked at hopeless living room and felt like crying 😢 - Decided you could take empty pop can to kitchen - Put away book 📚 - Picked up fast food wrappers on coffee table and put them in trash . . . YOU HAVE ACHIEVED THREE-DOM !!! You could post: Ta-Da's - Took pop can to kitchen - Put away phone book - Threw away McDonald's wrappers Then your To-Do's: - Bring plates and glasses to kitchen - Put dirty socks in hamper - Bring folded towels to linen closet and put away. Whether you do those 3 to-do's, or something completely different, once you've gotten 3, come back and post. Remember to take breaks and drink water. Drinking water counts as a Ta-da! If you can notice what the person before you did, it might cheer them up to hear from you. Go forth, have fun, and be generous to yourself with the Ta-das. YOU DESERVE THEM!

I have a dog who has suddenly begun leaking urine. A full blood and urine panel done yesterday showed nothing. I'm going to give her two CBD treats (worked for olde Dogge who recently departed this realm). It doesn't seem to help her, so I'm doubling the dose I gave him. If it doesn't help, I'm going to buy Proin. I have a bra on, too. Hurray! We have support!

shes been leaking while asleep for years, i have an adequate medicine for this, did your vet give you phenylpropanolamine? it has worked until now. but i heard her, she was walking around, ie awake. up and down all night. i got up and looked at her but there was nothing to see. her back legs have a bit wobbly, that's new. but she's 14 so not mysterious. i'd better take her in in case its a spine nerve problem and a blood test like you did. and give her a bath.. i think i'm going to splurge and pay someone to do it. and buy a diaper .for real though. arg $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ ok i'm going to walk other peoples dogs, will call the vet. waiting to hear from groomer...i should do it myself but it will take ALL my energy and i need to rescue this apartment. PS what's Proin?

Oh, puppybox so sorry to hear doggie isn't doing well! Thanks for starting the thread. soapyclean wtg on your list, Some of my ta-dah list is from yesterday since I stayed up into the wee hours (and feel it today). TA-DAH 1. Dried and put away dishes 2. Put away tools & leftover wiring, plugs, etc. 4. Set up printer in office 5. Checked work e-mail and sent a message to the curriculum director regarding the new class I'm supposed to create from scratch with no guidelines or materials; then the buck was passed, so I sent another to a consultant. I have a bad feeling about this... 6. Got wet garbage & recycling into outdoor bins 7. Info from Building Department re: replacing the shed. Contacted new blight manager about the house next door - hemmed and hawed about this because of my understanding of squalor, but neighbor no longer lives in the house and the fence/gutters are falling into my yard. 8. Submitted purchase order at work in hopes it is approved and arrives in two weeks 9. Swept and steam-mopped floor 10. Laundryx2 - sorted, washed, hung to dry 11. Sorted some paperwork; paid bills 12. Updated pantry inventory, printed, and hung it on a nail inside - It helps to see that yes, I have enough food to get me to September's check! TO DO 1. Sort out boxes to figure out which books and other items are going NEATLY on the shelves and which are going away 2. Laundry put away 3. Clean kitchen up Bonus: Reassemble sound system (after I FINALLY found the breaker plug I needed) I have an official visitor coming over at noon to see about the shed, so the house has to be presentable. Afterward I can collapse or nap or something!

you're kicking a$$ missjean.
gooddog had an x-ray and is probably just "mildly injured" in her back muscles. she got a shot and pain pills. pee test results tomorrow. she does have a heart murmur oddly. i need to ask him whether her being a bit fatter is related to that. can dot hat tomorrow. it still cost $100+ less than baddog's last visit which was nearly $500 for nearly nothing. the vet (its a clinic with many) was a hottie. i feel better. Why does one dog's urine test cost so much more than the other one's???
ooh i took some stuff to donate on the way to vet. i want to do more. I'm playing that game, you know, you have to get rid of the same # of objects as the date... only i need to get ahead at the beginning of the month because once its like 20-something every day it gets really hard. AUGUST ATTACK! (maybe if i say that over and over it will help).
to do 1)eat 2)new pill for GD 3)AUGUST ATTACK on pillar

no one needs to read my ramblings. writing here helps me to think.
i have almost finish cleaning the pillar. the top surface (at about waist high) has stains on the white paint i cant get off with current equipment. but it's clean now.
ive decided i'm going to put the new second hand fridge in the bedroom. odd, but it's closer to the kitchen than where it would have to go in the living room. and its the living room that should look nice. so i will have to move the locker type cabinet where it will go. not sure where it will go. front hall? kinda tall. hmm. other bedroom corner maybe. yay i'm so glad i have to move all the furniture, not.
i think i will call it quits for today.
