I found bugs and killed them. Felt like a nazi. Poor bugs. I didn’t get everything done but going to bed anyway. That piece of idiot landlord better not come before 9:30 or I’ll be angry. What a fudge. Let me tell you what he said the other day. Said to spread some traps, clean up, I’ll help you he says. Tell me what you need. This was flabbergasting So I thought oh don’t waste this opportunity! I said we need another outside recycling bin because I can’t take out the recycling half the time because it fills up. He says, leave it beside. So I say, then i say I have a bin, have to bring it back inside. Go buy plastic bags he says. Now, the thing is they cost $6 for like 10, the special blue ones for recycling . And hello, it doesn’t help the environment to buy more plastic to throw it away. But I say it nicely, but he doesnt care, starts ranting about the cost of fumigating the whole building (he did not fumigate the whole building, he did the minimum the law forced him to after people took legal action against him, and since he didn’t do the whole building the bugs came back). Also now he’s yelling. I don’t remember how but I ended the conversation as fast as I could after that. What a liar. He’s so profoundly a liar that as he talks he believes himself.

puppybox, my DX is your landlord? Bwahahaha! I got the worst offenders out of my fridge and the trash out Wed. I'm on a goal of using up my freezer and pantry goods. Freezer's too full for a 3 qt ice cream, but "nothing to eat". Which, when translated, means nothing easy prep. Had spaghetti leftover for tues lunch. I didn't have tues supper. Wed lunch was the frozen enchiladas from the weekend. I left out a rice bean casserole/soup/stew at lunch to thaw. After work, it was still cold. Didn't mean to leave it sitting out... After work, on way through kitchen, turned on oven. Dropped bags, jewelry, and belt in bedroom, back to kitchen, made cornbread. Popped the beans rice in oven to cook with. It was meh. Bland, not hot enough, not enough meat. Cornbread was great though. I think there's 2-3 more packs of the rice beans in the freezer. Needs more meat and seasoning. Thinking. All this cooking and the kitchen's a wreck. Time to clean up, and I haven't finished the last clean up. Sigh. So, leftover cornbread means dressing. There's a freezer pack of boiled giblet broth, and one of chopped turkey awaiting me for tonight. Turkey gravy over dressing, what say you? At some point I shall HAVE to run the DW.

TaDa Walmart over lunch, picked up a few fresh/dairy things and an Rx Ran home, put the cold stuff
Looked at pork while there, man those lil piggies are expensive
so...I guess I'll add chicken to the beans & rice. There's not enough pork in there that the meat will clash.
Tossed 3 freezer things. A baggie of 2018 cooked sausage balls (I think). small pkg 2018 freezer burnt chopped ckn, small undated package of what I think was sliced lunch meat ham with lots of ice crystals in it. shudder.
I bought a case of fresh peaches when the Colorado peaches were in town. Left them out and ate them at room temperature. Yummy. Well, then I was going out of town & I stuck the whole case in the fridge. Is the fridge ever crowded. #1, hard to get to them #2, much yummier at room temperature.
I think I'll make peach cobbler.
