I'm back from my walk, it started drizzling about 2/3 through so we went home early. This time my senior client didn't say anything--I was waiting for her to say "oh it's raining? It wasn't a minute ago!" Um yes, that's the way rain is, before it starts it isn't raining, then after it starts, it IS raining. But she didn't say anything this time. I have four and a half hours until I have to go back for the second walk, so surely I can get a lot done before then. I'm going to finish up the bedroom project first. Diane Hey Diane, hope your bedroom project is coming along. I’m working in the bedroom too. Bagging clothes that didn't get done in the marathon 2 weeks ago. Just realized there are more clothes than trash bags so I’m gonna have to start SMUSHING. I think smushing will be a good thing because I’m frustrated and kinda angry. Yes, smushing will definitely help relieve some of that.

SetMeFree, taking out your frustration on your clothing (can't feel it and will not be damaged by it) is an excellent idea! You don't even have to buy a punching bag!
Did you get an assurance from the building that all the units were checked?
I'm done with the bedroom book project, although I still have the paper boxes to decide about. I supposed I could knock them down until I decide if I can get rid of them. I can't fit much more stuff into my basement storage room, though.
I'm now going to set my 3 minute timer and PEEP in each room for 3 minutes.

well sounds like you all are getting things done. I did market yesterday then lunch with my younger daughter; we went to a place we hadn't been to in a long time, ran into some of my customers from the next town over and had a nice visit. Lunch took a long time tho because there were about 20 take out orders for the fire fighters ahead of us. There is another fire about 40 miles from us. The other big one from earlier in the summer is out but there are lots of others all over Az.
Something has killed about 5 hens this past week; either a cat or a raptor, no prints, just explosions of feathers. So I am trying hard to finish up some fencing so I can turn dog out in the open space. Has been rough going with a rock in every post hole.
So 1230 now, had some lunch. So much to do, where to start. Maybe 5 minutes in every room

Diane I have wall calendars everywhere, its my dissociation issues that make it easy for me to get confused. what I really need to do is keep up with crossing out the days!
DXH was still gone when I got back up; the last I heard from him yesterday was a text that said "I'm playing cribbage with some new friends," so I asked if he had bet the farm and they were holding him ransom. He just dragged his butt home, with Mardi Gras necklaces on. Apparently he had a good time!
Great job on the basement, magda , your discipline is paying off! TML I love your new attitude! I can totally see that future with my DM, so I really appreciate your sharing, cause I'm taking notes! wishing your path forward is less "rocky," maryaz!
That is an interesting and sad story, Diane. My Grandfather was in WWII, which is why the family moved out to CA from IA, he was stationed on the coast after the Japanese bombing. I still have his hat and a pin. My relationship to him was fraught, but I decided to keep them to make art with them.
I feel so much better with some sleep! and DXH says he is available to help. so I just gave him his list. I've got mine, but I think I'll just post done items here today.

Thanks scholar, I have about 80 feet of posts up, and part of the wire there; need to finish that section, maybe this evening, then start on posts on another long section. It's a little cooler today, being overcast and I did finally get .4" of rain. Which didn't even really wet the ground, but did help cool things off a little. So kitchen: tossed some trash, dumped some dead and washed some dishes bathroom: tossed some trash and washed up the sink LR: tossed some trash desk / front room: tossed some trash laundry: load in washing Now to do it all over again!

Hello mary! I'm glad for your .4 inch of rain, better than nothing, I guess.
Diane I have wall calendars everywhere,
Scholar, I mean a HUGE wall calendar right over your desk (or where you spend most of your time) with things written in red so you cannot help but see it multiple times per day so it sinks in.
I got distracted by a phone call, not terribly long but then I lost my motivation. I now have to leave in 20 minutes for my last walk, it's grey outside but according to the radar it doesn't look like there is rain right overhead so hopefully it will stay dry.

Wow mary, you're getting a lot done--just think what you'll do when it actually cools off!
I'm off to my walk now, I'm bringing a lot of little library books out--I have to step it up because I keep finding more books that can go!

Yay for catching up Mary. Taking a break always means playing catch up. Sorry for the chicken loss.
I went out again today. Got talking to a woman who wants me to go to her norwex party next week. She saw my car adverts. Anyway I will go. Could be fun. She said food and drink included.....I need a new supplier.
Both swiffers and polish from Sam's. Both on sale. Got gas. $2.55 a gallon here.what are you all paying where you are?
Ewww Embarrassing You know the charcoal hood filter. I just discovered it's a charcoal hood filter. I thought it extracted outside. Omg. How gross. I hope they give me a new one, if not I have to buy one. How can I not know these things at my age?

How can I not know these things at my age?
Well, I have never had a range with a hood of any kind, so I wouldn't know anything about them--and I'm older than you, oust! I also have no idea how much gas costs here because I don't drive. So, I'm clueless!
I'm home from my walk, it was beautifully cool outside. I have finished dinner and now will try to get ready for bed as well as do a few other things.
Next:
Clean up from dinner Put phone away Give everyone fresh water Restock water in fridge

Oust, you don't sound like a messy person from all the cleaning up you do!
I just spent (wasted) 20 minutes online looking at the UPS site to figure out how to get them to redeliver a package. Once again, they tried to deliver one time and then sent the package to the "pickup point." Every time they do this I have to complain to both UPS and the company I'm ordering from. It won't help, but it makes me feel better.
Then I went to my bank site. It was taken over several months ago, and they have new policies and charges (and lower interest rates). I wanted to see their policies for the checking account I have. Well, the type of checking account listed for mine is not even described on their website. So I had to send them an email.
Next:
Move laundry to dryer Wash some cat food dishes Give fluids to old cat
