Ohblondie, is he the only child living there now? So it will just be you and your husband?
I'm home from my walk, it is very humid out, so not comfortable walking. I think the temperature is around 80, where it will be for the whole week, if the forecast is right.
I'm tired now, but I'm determined to make a decent dinner, so I had better get started.

Good morning ohblondie! Do you have social events today? Or can you stay home?
I woke up this morning with the sneezing, stuffy head thing which I think is allergy related. It hasn't gone away yet, I hope it does soon because I have to leave for my 1st walk in about half an hour. I haven't done anything but cat related stuff and eating breakfast.
I suppose I need to start looking at allergen reports on days I have this and figure out if it's related to something that has high levels in the air that day. I did sleep with the window wide open because the air turned really cool before bedtime, it felt so good.

Good morning!
yup, its ragweed season. apparently this is the pollen responsible for half of the sneezes in the US. Gesundheit!
Last night I was able to finish my laundry and figure out the log in to DXH's fb account so I can post the items for sale. Going farther than that seemed so daunting! I finally realized I could just go to bed relatively early and try again this morning, fresh-like.
DONE: make coffee read notifications and post take meds (hmm I missed a day somewhere) check weather--ahh, a cool, cloudy day!
NEXT UP: hydrate
check online balance check email
put on workout clothes take a walk stretch figure out what to wear take a shower get dressed
find an allergy pill

Tendonitis.
I had a severe case 8 of 9 Yes ago it was badd I was out of work for most of the following year my income dropped considerably they honestly didn't know why I took so long to heal I had a lot of blood tests but everything came back normal to let you know how about it was my both my hands were as large as they would be if I was wearing boxing gloves.
Everything I do I have to pace myself with the cleaning jobs I can do one A-day usually comfortably if they're not too much. This past week even though B came with me I still have 2 Not clean or difficult houses and It made difference to my hands.
I use my oils from my hands as well. When I was in physical therapy the therapist recommended I start with oils as a complementary to the steroids and Painkillers I was getting. I don't play with oils from the grocery store I use what I consider to be the best because I have to be able to use my hands. Not being able to clean myself and a shower or wash my hair myself or even used toilet tissue was extremely shocking. I needed help for all of those things except I found a way to use tissue I was too embarrassed for that help.

I remember that oust, it was awful! yay for a happy morning, Magda.
I took my walk! will wonders never cease. Got some selfies for crazy pants day, as my yoga pants look like they escaped from the 80s!
The clouds have disappeared. I will probably have to change my outfit. but not before another selfie. I am documenting all of the outfits from this capsule. I have not found an allergy pill. There is a box of them *somewhere.*
NEXT UP: find earplugs, DM has the news on in the next room while she paints figure out the baby steps for posting stuff to sell

Yay, PJ was in the chatroom, so that helped me feel the anxiety and do it anyway. Got three items listed, after figuring out a snafu--had to use my phone to access photos. Am waiting for more copy from DXH to list the last two. One, he just texted me the other is not for sale after all.
Also consulted with DM re: colors and DF re: photographing a painting. The walk sharpened my appetite, almost time for lunch! I think I'll make a pic collage and post my selfies.

Oust, your bout with tendonitis sounds awful--how can someone manage without being able to use your hands! Is there anything you can do to prevent it from happening again? Other than just not overworking?
Scholar, I hope I'm not allergic to ragweed--my friend is, and apparently there are fruits and veggies that you're not supposed to eat because they're related to ragweed--I remember thinking that the list contains all my favorites!
My walk was very nice, it was pleasantly cool this morning because it rained overnight and the sky was still cloudy. Now the sun is out and it's getting warmer. I met up with my relief walker and her dog so we walked together.
I ate lunch and now I feel really sleepy. I'm going to try to do what I did yesterday, alternate doing things in the plant room and the living room. I will also try to watch a baseball game in between.

I took a nap. The 2 microfiber pads for the floor steamer needed washing so I bucket washed them. It took 6 buckets to get the water cleaned. It must be doing a great job. Later I need to bring in some things from the trunk of the car.
