Well, I only did a few things in the LR but I am almost done with the plant room. And I mean the whole room, it still looks crowded, of course, but everything is where I want it to be, nothing is on the floor where I don't want it to be, and I would be happy to let anyone see it. There are still the two project boxes that I will work on later, and 3 or 4 very short things that I need to finish up in there, but it's looking really good.
Unfortunately, between sweeping the floor and consolidating some pots of soil into one place, I kicked up enough dust to turn my lungs wheezy, just in time for having to go out for my walk. However, it's cloudy again so I'm assuming it's going to be cool enough to enjoy my walk. Unless it rains, of course, then neither I nor the dog will enjoy it. I need to sit for the next 20 minutes to rest my feet and then it'll be time to go.

I'm home from my walk, it was cloudy outside but not cool--warm-ish and humid. But I'm home now, and have eaten dinner. Time to get ready for bed, but I would like to keep working in the plant room now that I'm so close to finishing.
Maybe if I get most of my night time routine done in time I will go back to work in the plant room.
TO DO:
Clean up from dinner Give everyone fresh water Restock water in fridge Scoop litter pans

oh that freaked me out for a minute, until I remembered you are three hours ahead!
Since I am all made up, I decided I might as well shoot some video. Got the intro shot... now I actually have to do some work!

Sounds like the plant room is really coming on. So Glad you will be enjoying the new space It's cool now 70 degrees. I got a couple of things out of the car, the vacuum bag to the trash, sprayed the peppermint eucalyptus spray in the car and trunk and had all the doors open for a while. It should be better for the start of the week. I forgot to eat dinner so I'm going to take a look in the fridge.

Put away clean dishes Washed the rest of the dishes
Vacd half of the basement ceiling- it is not finished so it is rafters and pipes. Cobwebs accumulated. I had not done it for awhile. I don’t like to wipe out spiders or their webs yet..I need to clean! I leave the spiders alone and get all the dusty strands and most webs but leave some if I see the spider there.I suppose I would be considered odd but I hate to kill things and wipe out the food supply -only saw two daddy long legs thankfully. While I dont like to kill bugs I don’t really like to put them up as guests either -I usually capture and take outside and release.
Next Finish the other half of the ceiling Vac the upstairs hallway Start a load of laundry Pour this organic drain cleaner down slow draining tub (that gorgeous mane of DD!) Round up cats Go to bed

I feel badly for all allergy sufferers. I hope you all find relief.
I went to church, did laundry, went to box warehouse store, ended up at my parents to help with something (used their dryer) then to my aunt's house to help with a few things (used her dryer)
In bed with fresh sheets.....hope to sleep well..

until I remembered you are three hours ahead!I am actually 2 hours ahead of California scholar, I just start getting ready for bed early because I dawdle... I forgot to eat dinnerOust, I wish I could forget to eat dinner occasionally...or lunch, or breakfast, or a snack... Magda, I would do the same to leave the spiders alone. And they eat bugs that are more harmful than they are. And speaking of insects, last night on my dog walk I saw something above me out of the corner of my eye and looked up--there were more than a dozen dragonflies flying back and forth in front of this one house, about at the height of an attic. I was amazed, I stopped to watch them for a while. I rarely see dragonflies in my neighborhood, I think I have only seen one or two all summer. I'm going to have to look them up to figure out what was going on there, it was so weird to see. Good night ohblondie, and magda. I'm almost finished with my night time routine, and since I'm actually sleepy, and keep saying I want to get on an earlier sleep schedule, I might just go to bed and read, hopefully I can fall asleep early. I have two small projects still to do in the plant room and it will be done! I will have to keep myself from spending all my time in there, since I will want to keep admiring it. Now--the next job is getting all my other rooms in the same shape. I will work on that tomorrow, I can stay home all day. Tomorrow has to be a fridge/cooking day though, I did make a healthy dinner tonight but it was a one-off, I want to make some things for the fridge and freezer that I can eat this week. I looked at some various recipes and think I can figure out how to make an egg-salad type recipe using mashed garbanzo beans instead of eggs. I used to eat a "mock tuna salad" years ago using garbanzo beans, it was really good, I don't know why I forgot all about it. I would also like to make a crockpot dish if it isn't too warm. Good night everyone, see you in the morning in the weekday thread! Diane

G'night, Diane! I bet your car smells nice, oust. one of my fave combos is lavender and eucalyptus, especially for the bath, etc. enjoy your fresh sheets, ohblondie! which reminds me, I have towels in the dryer. I hate to vacuum up the speeders as well, magda, but there are so many in GA, it starts looking like a haunted house in a minute.
I've got a fair bit done, and will be able sleep better tonight.
TA DAs: found a home for the laminated sorting labels and clips nested the empty boxes reviewed the status of the garage, lots of boxes could be broken down for more room cleared off the table in DPs bedroom stacked the boxes broke down the table and brought to the LR for staging to the outside after the rain goes away tomorrow stacked the boxes
