Whew. That took a lot longer that I anticipated. The baby makes doing things SO hard.
Ta das
1) Cleaned off coffee table, AND wiped it down with windex (couldn't find the orange clean, decided to grab the nearest cleaner 2) Called husband to tell him to get more diapers 3) took shoes that usually hide under the coffee table to t he bathroom where they belong 4) Took three diaper bombs to trash (when I change them, I toss them in the general direction of the kitchen, then pick them up when I walk by next. Sometimes I wait longer than others!) 5) started a load of laundry (I go through a LOT of nursing shirts.)
Maybe more to dos later. Right now, I have a hot chimichanga calling my name...

Wow, I've never heard of diaper bombs... I always watch that show Crash Test Mommies. Those people who have no clue about children try to tell everyone they are experts... and then they finally realize in the end that caring for kids is truly hard work. I wish there were a Crash Test Teacher show, because it's amazing how many people think that working with a class load of kids is a breeze. -------------
Okay, we are all doing a great job.
Done: 1. Toilet and Sink wiped and scrubbed. 2. Bathroom floor scrubbed. Still need to do tub sometime. 3. Bed linen changed and bed is remade.
To Do: 1. Empty dish rack and put everything away. 2. Start chipping away at the mess on kitchen table. 3. Windex and declutter night table.

Great job today everyone!!! Really late to first post buy if I hadn't I'd get back into old habits.
The last 2 days I've taken my friend with the liver injury back for CT scan and blood work, then today for consult with her surgeon. I very happy I can help her in this way as I was gone the whole time she was hospitalized. I'm exhausted with the time change and the "nursing". But it's my mom and my best friend , so I wouldn't have it any other way.
tadas from yesterday
-weed whacked yard after a month's neglect and huge rains while i was away (attacked by blood hungry mosquitos, ha ha ) - took friend for CT scan and stayed with her as she had a reaction to the iodine. -took care of dogs/cats
tadas today
-got up at 6, yikess! Took friend back for surgeon consult, picked up her scripts. -took a long long nap -posted here
todos
-run quick errand -eat -reserve the next 24 hrs for me to regroup. I need to start working on this house again.
best, artsy

Good job, Glowworm! Your end of the work week TADA brought a smile to my face. Glad you didn't quit, kill someone or get fired. You sure attacked the foyer with a lot of energy, which is great for Friday night after a week of work. *And* then you worked out and did a bunch of other things. You rule!
A big WTG to you, 3G, for accomplishing everything on your list. YEAH!!!!!
Artsy, I am so glad that your friend is out of the hospital. I know you felt torn between wanting to be with her and wanting to be with your Mom this past month. I am glad that you are able to help her. And I am glad that you are taking some time for yourself.
TADAs: 1. Bulky laundry in off-site 35 lb washing machines 2. Folded and put away bulky laundry 3. *Really* cleaned kitchen floor *bonus* made, cut, and wrapped Rice Krispy squares for fundraiser tomorrow
TODOs: 1. Brush teeth 2. Evening meds 3. Bed.
'night/morning, all!
