Ever little counts so today:
One old broken electric extension lead which I have kept for years intending to mend and I am not sure how I could have mended it. I have two other leads which are sufficient for my needs.

4 more grocery bags (mostly newspapers but one had two busted purses that had been sitting around forever). Now down to 2002.
The good news...a few inches of bare floor has opened up (like the sun breaking through dark clouds!). Also, two of my stacks have been reduced so much that I can see over them when I'm sitting on the couch....

I am so happy to see all the 'stuff' leaving so many peoples homes ! Woot! I am sorry I havent posted in a week. We have been pretty busy with little mans surgery for cleft lip repair and his recovery. I did manage to get a bit of stuff gone but ust havent had the gumption to post it yet, so here goes:
3 very large cardboard packing boxes and assorted packing materials. 45 recyclable containers 4 kitchen bags of household trash 1 kitchen bag of paper mail, envelopes and non essential papers 4 broken hangers
1259 left to go!!!

Two pots of paint each in good condition and almost full. I was thinking that the next time I would be using them would be in five years time. I put them on the front wall with a note to take if wanted and they were gone in a short while.

THis thread has inspired me to unsubscribe from probably 10 email lists I have found myself on! Thanks for that. Yesterday, got rid of a lightbox. EDIT - tossed a bag of cat litter today! I need to add up all my posts in this thread!

Today I've thrown out a load of old painting brushes and rollers - the paint went a few days ago.
Now having another look at the stationery I no longer need.
