This has been one of my favorites for years:
“He who conquers others is strong; He who conquers himself is mighty” —Lao Tzu
I may have even posted it here in the past...

Thank you, Elim! It doesn't matter if it's a repeat, we probably need to hear it again and again.
"Loving yourself…does not mean being self-absorbed or narcissistic, or disregarding others. Rather it means welcoming yourself as the most honored guest in your own heart, a guest worthy of respect, a lovable companion." ~ Margo Anand

Every day, i get on this site and hope Dragon has checked in, and told us what topic to do next.
Dragon, if you are reading, you are missed, very much.
Being unsure of what topic she would have wanted by the end of summer, i'm just going to post a quote or two until some kind of theme strikes me, or someone suggests one that i can handle.
"You can't start the next chapter if you keep rereading the last one." ~ Anonymous

"All endeavor calls for the ability to tramp the last mile, shape the last plan, endure the last hours toil. The fight to the finish spirit is the one...characteristic we must posses if we are to face the future as finishers." ~ Henry David Thoreau
