Personally, I would clean it with bleach water. If that doesn't work, then try baking soda.

I have the tool now to level the fridge and once Leno is over I plan to go sit on floor in kitchen and get that fridge leveled....needed flat head screwdriver...could not find one in old home but have a multi-tool item that was promotional sent to my business with my business name on it that has a flat head screwdriver on it....so that tool is very helpful now....thanks to the company that sent me that promotional item....trying to get me to by 50 or two hundred of them as gifts to customers....they are really expensive...I didn't buy any.

well I worked on fridge with leveling but not taking odor out...I am pretty sure the floors are uneven where the fridge is located as I had to put piece of folded cardboard under rear right side of fridge to get it to stop wobbling....once I did that after adjusting the legs I think it is level with the little bubble leveler....so I plugged it in to see if that will remove the odors. Anyway I need to toss everything inside...there is some jelly and some margarine and some BBQ sauce and some coffee...I do not think the coffee need be tosses. Everything else goes out to dumpster. I hope that turning it on and getting the air circulating again will air it out and take away the smell from inside...I do plan to clean it top to bottom after I get to point where I am not constantly worried about cleaning out the old place...right now that is my major worry...getting all my stuff out of old place and getting it clean.
