I haven't been active in this board. I used to participate in Pigpen's forum. Anyway, lately, the house is worse than it had been. I haven't been taking my anti-depressants routinely, and I am just all loose ends. The good news is I now have a notebook computer with a wi-fi connection. It isn't great, because I am on my neighbor's network (with her permission.) But it is much better than my old dial-up connection. Anyway, hi to all those who remember me from before,  . And also to the many new freinds I hope to make, as we sit and consider the new lives we are creating together. |

Welcome to S.O.S., Simplegifts! I am glad you are going to participate in this forum, and I think it's great that you now have a notebook computer w/wi-fi (woohoo!). Meds are important. I try to take my on a regular basis because they make a big difference in my outlook (not just on housework but on everything). Please try to get yourself back on a routine with your anti-depressants. It will make things so much easier! Here are three cheers for you for working to get back on track!!  |

Hi and a hug simplegifts  I´m a noobie here... and I am overwhelmed and excited... I`ve actually started doing things...cleaning, throwing things away... because of the wonderful support here I`m so glad that you are here too. If ya feel up to it... maybe you want to share a little bit more about why you not taking your meds...and why you are feeling at loose ends? I have depression in my life.. mainly social anxiety... I look forward to sitting around with ya a lot  Take care you |

(And please, try to take your meds as directed. Let your doctor know if you have side effects and/or financial/insurance problems that are making it difficult to take your meds.)
