Dealt with the mail (not as bad as I thought it was), rolled two more times, to put away my shopping cart and to clean out my dog walk bag.
Next roll: 3, clean off DR table.

Diane-- Great job cleaning wallet out & working on financial stuff & mail! Here's what I did -- broke it down into baby steps: *first swiped the entire floor and base of toilet using toilet paper to get all the fuzz and hairs, dust, etc. * removed trash can & plunger *removed toilet brush & holder & tossed in kitchen trash *spritzed bleach mixture all over floor and base of toilet & let that sit for 5 minutes (hope that was long enough) *emptied kitchen trash & replaced bag since plunger was about to fall over the top as it was so full. *got rag towels and swiped entire linoleum floor and entire outside of toilet * then used toilet paper to swipe a little more on one side of floor * tossed 3 rags in bathroom trash *poured Nature's Miracle on area of carpet that was affected. *emptied that back bathroom trash & replaced bag *swiped outside of trash can with lysol wipe & put trash can outside that bathroom door. Whew! Done in there for a while. Will take a couple days for the carpet to dry & if the floor still seems to smell, will redo with bleach & let it sit longer. (I am just so happy that the plumber was able to easily fix the back up in the pipes!). Next: "3" -- 15 min. filing/paperwork. Oh, I HATE this one, too! Diane -- I am going to take a break first. That took a lot out of me! CD

Cando--Yay! Congratulations on tackling the icky job that is SO easy to put off!! You will be happy every time you look at the nice clean floor! You deserve a break! Hello Wynken! Glad to see you! On the last roll I took extra time and finished packaging two books. Next roll: 11, Vacuum around bird cages. Ugh, that's my put off-able job! Mostly because it scares the birds and I feel bad, and I try to rush and do it as quickly as possible so they aren't scared for too long! I've tried to sweep and wipe stuff down instead, but it just doesn't work---there are little tiny feathers everywhere as well as seed hulls, and they are so light that the broom just makes them fly around. Okay, off I go... Diane

Whew! Glad you got that done & birds weren't affected too much. That last roll was just "hateful"! Filing -- in other words paperwork. I did not make a dent and spent 25 minutes doing filing/bookkeeping. Oh ,well... at least I did SOMETHING! Here's what I did: *filed & did some bookkeeping *paper into shred bag *made 2 file folders Next roll: "8" -- Oh, Goodie! I get to do filing/bookkeeping, again........................................................................ CD

thanks, Diane and Wynken. I'm so glad y'all are here with me. I actually spent 30 minutes on filing/bookkeeping. And, yes it was bad! I hated every second of it except for the following: *5 papers into shred bag. Yay!!!!!!! Next ro"4" == Laundry Poof! CD

Labels were printed, then my sister called and I talked to her for a while.
Yes, Cando, I always get more done when I'm working alongside other folks here.
Wynken, let us know what you got at the farmer's market. Once the weather gets cold here I usually eat fewer raw salads, partly because it's colder but mainly because everything gets more expensive.
Next roll: 11, wash cat food dishes

Definitely more inspiring when we work together. It's kinda like being in the Chat room... which I rarely go to these days. Here's what I did that round: *drank 3rd glass of water *folded load of laundry *put that load away *moved load to dryer & hung the hang-dry things * put another load in washer Next roll: "6" -- go thru a bag of papers. Poof! CD

Stopped to eat an orange while putting them away. I got a whole 4 pound bag at Aldi's yesterday for 99 cents! And they are very good!
I realized that I forgot to put something on my list, I have to run upstairs and water my neighbor's plants before it gets much later. This will probably take longer than 12 minutes, he has a lot of plants!
But I'll be back.
