Thanks for the heads up, Little_Ninja. I'll check with ProBoards Support and see if they are aware of the issue.

The issue came up again on my PC when I try to view videos on any website, including YouTube. I googled "white exclamation point within a gray circle" and found a Microsoft Support site that included a thread regarding this problem. One poster commented that it was most likely "adware" that was secretly installed on my machine that was causing the problem. The poster provided a link to a free download of AdwCleaner: www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/1) I downloaded AdwCleaner, then closed all the programs on my machine. 2) I installed AdwCleaner and it displayed a dialog with several options (in order from left to right). 3) I clicked the Scan option. After about a minute or so, it found one adware installed on my machine called " VtoolbarUpdater18.5.0". 4) I clicked the Cleaning option to have the adware removed from my machine. The program then automatically rebooted my machine. 5) After my machine rebooted, AdwCleaner displayed a text file/log of all the components (registry settings, shortcuts, etc.) that were removed from my machine. Since then...I have not had the problem viewing videos on my PC. If I ever do and see that white exclamation point within a gray circle, I'll rerun the AdwCleaner on my machine. Little_Ninja
