It seems that when I post a plan for the week, I am never consistent enough to stay with it. So I am probably just going to post daily again.
I had a very quiet weekend, with doing very little. Partly because of the heat-wave we had - plus it was a holiday weekend, and I took it 'off'.
I did do a lot of internet surfing though and came across some ideas I like, and will hopefully use.
One was a cleaning plan by chore (with kitchen and bathroom being other days by themselves). So for me the chores are in the bedroom, spare room, hall, entrance and LR/DR. But what I liked about this plan was how she worked in other tasks, 1 a week, which are mainly anything needing to be done monthly. I set up a day each week just for that. I also added in my (most likely) days for laundry and groceries/errands.
In addition I came across another idea for cleaning which works mostly for tidying, or, for me, deep cleaning, although maybe doing chores too, called 'follow the wall'. I especially like it for my deep cleaning - and once I read it I immediately came up with a new yearly plan, going through most rooms twice a year. But I will 'follow the wall' - and if I don't finish an area, mainly cupboards and drawers etc, I'll just pick up where I last left off. So July is now designated as the kitchen month. I'm actually following the wall in reverse order from my previous plans.
So these will be the basis for my upcoming lists.
In addition I have decided to just work on walking routines - videos - for a bit, for exercise, slowly increasing my mileage. I started that on July 1. Looking back to 2 years ago, that seemed to be when I had the biggest weight loss - and I know MANY people have lost weight, some 60-100 pounds, using Leslie Sansone videos. To me her videos seem almost too easy, and so I never stick with them, but I have decided for at least July, to just work at increasing my mileage, a bit each day, at least 6 days a week. In addition I want to get in at least 10 minutes of Pilates a day, so I will work on that too.

Once finished, sort baskets of recent paperwork in spare room
