I don't like what I'm seeing. I've been dragging the past couple days. Today, I'm feeling down moodwise, too. Not by much, but it's there. This is the sort of situation where I find myself taking a day off that turns into a month or more of doing hardly anything. I hope I can keep it together through this if I am going through a rough patch.
Anyway, next up: Tidy living room Tidy master room Tidy bathrooms Tidy desk

Pamela, I hope you're able to continue the good work you've been doing. Sometimes when I get really tired of the daily work I find a project somewhere around the apartment that makes a difference in the way things look, and that gives me new energy. Of course, I still have pockets of stuff to work on, I don't know if you have too much stuff or if you're just talking about daily maintenance. No question about it, doing the same daily maintenance day after day (after day after day.....) gets frustrating because it's never done. And a lot of the time, it's not appreciated either. Maybe you can mix things up or figure out something to do that lifts your motivation.
I not only measured the handles of my bags, but I found some reasonably priced handle material (webbing) online and ordered it. I've been looking for replacements for my 2 current dog walk bags, they no longer sell them, and I've had the hardest time finding another bag that works. I finally found the BAG I need, but the handles are wrong. So I bought 2 of the bags and will sew on my own handles.
I need a bag that's big enough to hold all the stuff I carry around with me, but not too big. I need a cross-body length strap (need my hands free while dog walking!) and I need some inner pockets, one that zips, and most importantly, I need water bottle holders on the sides of the bag--I use one for a water bottle and the other one for plastic bags. I think this plan will work--good thing, because the 2 bags I've been using not only have faded spots on the fabric from wear, but actual holes from where the bag rubs against my side while I'm walking. It will be nice to have bags that don't look like they're on their last leg.

I finished all my daytime dailies. Also took the boys out for frozen yogurt. There's a good but expensive place in town. They have tons of toppings to choose from and several flavors of yogurt. T said he wanted to go there every day for a snack. Definitely not. I'm mostly going to be killing time until dinner. I'm ready to have my evening to myself. The boys are being good, but I just want to have less chaos.

Hi Diane Pamela shells and seashell Have not posted since yesterday afternoon and it seems so long ago know! I recall I had a productive afternoon. I have one smaller project but w many detailed steps. I spent a good part if the afternoon getting all the details squared away so it can go live shortly. Lots of " dotting I's and crossing t's." I did leave work on time. Fed dd a quick dinner. Then had to get her to the dentist. Then home to do my standard nightly chores: did dishes. Wiped stove. Cleaned litter. I also started a load if laundry Signed dd up for some summer camps which is a relief as they fill up Worked on my consignment sale Basically it was another day of constant work from getting up to going to bed. Today up and at 'em. Made bed. packed lunch. fed cats. drove dd to school. Went to work Had a pretty productive day at work ! I finished my project from yesterday and prepared for an important input session on Monday. Left work and picked up dd. we got take out tonight to give mama a much needed break. Came home and fed cats. I have some pick up and litter duty ahead but I plan to take night off Tomorrow I have four errands to run. Need to get groceries. Need to make big progress on consignment. I need some time to relax!! Oh edited to add: I went to gym today at lunch! Big victory for me. So hard to get there. So happy when I do.

Pamela, I hope you get your evening to yourself, as you want!
Hi magda, when is the consignment sale?
I'm home from my PM walk--it's so weird, it got to 80 degrees here this afternoon, but when I was out it was freezing cold! It apparently dropped around 25 degrees in an hour. I was happy of course, but I wasn't dressed warmly enough.
I'm eating dinner now and hopefully I can get a few things done before having to get ready for bed.

I'm coming down with something. I'm hoping it's not the flu, but I suspect that it is. I'm just going to bed. The boys are going to crawl in with me. Goodnight, everyone. Hopefully, I'll see you tomorrow. If the plague has not set in. I may be a touch dramatic when I'm sick.

Hi everyone, a quick check in because I am at the start of a busy weekend. Pamela - I hope that you aren't coming down with flu. Diane - well done for doing your stretching exercises magda - our councils are the local government - councilors are elected (compulsory voting) and often use local govt as a stepping stone to a career in state or federal politics. And well done for getting to the gym! Dishes done and laundry hung to dry. Next up - more laundry I guess.
