still, you just need to Click On the window that says View All Smilies which is visible once you scroll to the bottom of the original Select Smilie box which displays them.

Still,
if you have your screen view enlarged to make reading easier the smilie pop out will not be completely viewable.
I have to hit ctrl and the minus - sign three times in order to see the entire smilie pop out.
Then I am able to click on "view all smilies".
Afterward, I click on ctrl and plus + to enlarge my screen view again to help me read the board easier.
