Puppybox, does boric acid have the same effectiveness as diatomaceous earth? I know DE is pretty safe assuming you don't inhale a lot of it, I'm guessing it would be hard on lungs. I have finished the last 2 items on the list I made 3 hours ago. I also brushed my teeth. Next: Get dog walk bag ready to go Choose some books to put out in the little libraries Start some human dishes soaking in the clean dishpan Go to 5:30 walk Diane

thanks. yes borax effect like diatomaceous earth. good point about dust hazard for my stupid lungs. but i'll probably just put it under the radiators that are recessed into the wall and behind the furniture along the wall. long term strategy is to turn place into crumb free zone. maybe when place is clean i'll tell landlord. he can do poison maybe. maybe i can go away at that time.
have tidied up front hall

I'm home from my walk, I'm eating dinner.
Puppy, if you have roaches, the other apartments have them too--wouldn't they be telling the landlord? How many apartments are there in your building?

there are 12 units i think. the roachers are not everywher, only in one half of the living room. not near a connection to another apartment i dont think. so i think its my fault. fortunately they're not in the kitchen (yet)

Roaches spend most of their time in the walls--so they could have come from anywhere. Maybe you have more space at the baseboards in the LR, allowing them to come in. I hope you will be successful getting rid of them.
Now I just spent half an hour talking to a client, she was asking for some walks but she always talks politics with me. And my sister hasn't even called back yet, so nothing will get done tonight but the requirements.
TO DO:
Clean up from dinner Give everyone fresh water Restock drinks in fridge

Hello puppybox and dtesposito you guys have rocked it today! Making that hole in the garage did a lot for me . It was definitely making an impression on my brain ... I kept thinking about it. I went out there today and I slayed it. I cleaned down one whole wall and DH put up 2 sets of shelves. I'll be able to shift things around to make even more room down the adjacent wall with two more sets of shelves. Tomorrow I plan to clean an extra refrigerator and decide if it stays in the garage. We ate leftovers.

Ok. Time to list the wahoo''s
Washed and boxed up DD''s clothes. Forgot to put them in hubby's truck to bring to her tho. I did get her comforter in the truck. I am pulling out clothes that do not fit her or are too young for her. She thinks she needs her middle school clothes and that the too short things will miraculously fit. I am not tossing them. Just not sending them to her new apartment.
Organized part of my pantry. Got a shelf in there and got everything organized. Took two big boxes out which helped. That was the high point of the weekend.
Got groceries. They are all put away. Kept myself to the list except for one item.
Continued to eat what is in the freezer. Starting to see more room in there. Something melted and bags are sticky so I am super anxious,to get it emptied and cleaned out.
I had planned on cleaning bathrooms but didnt. They still look clean so I can get another day out of them.
Kept working on my son's closet. His laundry is next.
Enjoyed a party. Went to church. Did not get the sleep I had hoped I would.
But overall it was a good weekend.
