redcat - huge hugs. When I'm overwhelmed with anxiety, I sometimes take a meditative nap, or solve some puzzles. I take some time to be deliberately in the present moment. It helps me feel that I am not going to die of stress. Then I get as organized as I can and look for the next right thing to do.
