def6...I had my dermatologist apt yesterday as well! I did not have to have anything removed and I am set to go back in a year. So excited! Filling out the paperwork took longer than the actual appointment!! I still need to schedule my GYN apt - that is due in January. I also have to schedule my eye appointment. I was given a new prescription that is over $300/month. I got a card from my doc that will take $200 off. I need to call and find out if there is a cheaper pharmacy. Keep on keepin' on!!

Way to go ohblondie You are doing great!! I've found that making appointments and getting them on the calendar is just as important as making it to the appointment...For one does not happen without the other. Sometimes we get our prescriptions cheaper with our Sam's Club membership and have also saved with the app "Good RX" I commend you for being a good shopper!

I did go to the oral surgeon today for a consultation about getting a dental implant...So the Doc talked me into it...Hurray! My insurance paid for the consult YES! He said I would be so surprised about how easy it is. I'm really glad I did this and really surprised that I did it to be honest! next up ...The vein Docs will be working on my right leg...Not completely painless ..but a lot less invasive than it use to be back in the day when they stripped your veins and there was a hospital stay involved.

I'm supposed to write down everything that I eat and drink for a month to turn in to my Doc...and I haven't done it! I'll start with that today!

Glad you are getting this done in the winter. DM did it in the summer, and six week of hose were HOT! How is the food journaling going? Have you found a method that makes it easier to do?

Hi def6 Thanks for starting this thread-it encouraged me to do my own colon test and send it in. Now for doctor's(and others) appointments.

I'm thrilled you got that test done doodles It feels good to get all this type stuff done. I hope you have some encouraging and supportive Docs to go to.

I have found it challenging as well, def6. The easiest method I have found so far has been to take pictures. Not exactly what you need for your purposes, but maybe better than no record at all?
I need to make an appointment to see a neurologist before I return to GA, and also email my GP to complain about my fatigue, to see if we can start ruling out things.
