Hi October WITty peeps. I am jumping back in.
Ta-da: Bath/got dressed. Picked up library stuff. Fed cats/fat cat meds. Scooped. Washed jeans for work. Located a disgusting science project in kitchen, threw out gross part. Washed a few dishes. Mixed up pitcher of fruit punch. Made tea. Plugged in devices to charge. Logged food.
I've been feeling bad about hours of avoidance behaviors today but trying to think positively about things I *did* do.
To-do: 20 minute workout Watch a DVD Gather up library items into a bag Bed

[font size="3" also there is brand new (and distressing) research about menopause (somepony finally got around to us women) and they discovered that no, prolonged or severe menopause isn't "normal," if I remember correctly, it is linked to higher risks in heart disease, diabetes and dementia, AND linked to (childhood?) trauma. So now "they" are back to the drawing board about the risks/benefits of HRT. *sigh* Well isn't this just great! I wonder what is considered "prolonged and/or severe"? I can deal with the mood swings - I'm having one right now - but what I wouldn't give for a decent night's sleep! It feels like I haven't sleep longer than 2 hours for more than 2 years! I am hesitant to consider HRT because I get hormone related migraine, which have been getting less frequent but guess what I did yesterday - all day in bed with a discusting migraine! I feel like I can't catch a break! And to top it all off - menopause is still considered one of those 'ladies problems' that you don't talk about even though it impacts every single part of your life. What the **** has happened to feminism!?!? Now to focus this mood swing into action..... Load of washing in Fed and watered hens Breakfast Sheets off the bed ready to wash Hang washing Shower

I'm finding I sleep too much. Out cold for hours. Puts a holt to my tidy plan often.
Today I Swapped out 2 drawers of summer to winter clothes Took a nap Baked biscuits
To do
Sort out a box of stuff.

I did great tonight. I got the by 12 by 12 Filled with papers from 2016 2017 Some ok old wires.
I shredded almost every thing. Filled the shredded X2 Threw out junk now I have 2 empty boxes and a huge trash bag by ty he door.

I wish we could combine our sleep patterns oust so we could both be happy 3 loads of washing all done and hung out Showered Shopping Lunch - steamed fresh asparagus, poached eggs on toasted brioche - I wish I had taken a photo of it, it was fabulous!
