I found these notes that I took at some point in time a few years ago. I thought that others on here might benefit from reading them as I have.
How much we value ourselves is connected to our behavior.
Give yourself the courage to make a meaningful change.
Honor yourself
Your feelings count
You are bold enough, brave enough, strong enough to deal with your feelings.
Deal with the emotions and the clutter will leave.
Take care of yourself and the rest becomes easier.
I am going to put this page of my writing up on a wall so I can read it even every day. I have been contemplating a couple major changes which are quite meaningful and will have a positive impact on my life by doing so.
One of them is in regard to self care, which I like to think of as self love. I am not the best in that area, but lately I have been making an effort. Lately it has come to mind that I just might be able to be ready to leave cigarettes in the past. This is one of my meaningful changes. Finding this and instilling these words in myself I believe can only help me to go ahead and do this as a means of taking care of myself.
