I have two more appointments over the next two weeks and the doctors are all done. I have an appt for a hair cut today - it is important for self care right? - and the grays will be gone. Ready for April -

Hi guys. Thanks for keeping this thread going. I apologize for my avoidance. My stress level has been too high & my doctor's office cancelled my appointment for sometime in the future, TBA. Therefore, I will extend the challenge end date TBA.
Continued thanks & atta girls to all participants & readers. Continued good wishes to all.

hugs to sidestep! My region has ordered cancellation of all non-emergency dental appointments so that protective masks etc can be given to hospitals. Thank you again for this challenge. I'm so glad I got my dental procedure done when I did!

In my case, I hate making appointments, having tradespeople in or attending appointments as they really ratchet up my anxiety. Nevertheless, I've delayed long enough & it's got to be done. I'll return to this post & edit in as things get scheduled/done by Tues. June 30, 2020. ~(Edited from 1st page.)~ New Medical Appt.-3/26/20= 1st Available --Nope, cancelled due to covid.--Will be telephone visit only week of 4/27/20. Nope, now back on for Wed. 5/27/20. -- DONE Procedure-- Need to research-- --Need to schedule soon --Need to schedule pre-procedure stuff ~~ July? ~~ Dentist: TBA--Soon, Hmm, Sign Has Newbie's Name . . . (No, postponing this more due to house repairs needed.) A/C: TBA--Hmm, May PostPone This, Pricier, More Important Stuff Takes Precedence . . .(It acted weird & "blowy" last p.m. during high heat & humidity so A/C check should be done before breakdown/roasting.) Roof Repair/Patch: End of April rain has increased water stained area. Tax: By Wed. June 24, if I'm good. Nope, aim for Wed. 7/1/20? (Must be done before Wed. 7/15/20.) Grr, I'm Not Liking These Appts. Multiplying As Soon As I Can Make Them!

Glad to know I am not alone being appointment challenged. I must get my my 12 year old Goldie kitty to the vet for allergy, rabies, and worming. Hope posting this motivates me to act. I keep putting that phone call off.

Have a dental cleaning scheduled for early in June. Must make the call to cancel, reschedule, whatever. I'm sure routine dental cleanings are not happening right now but I guess that I should at least call them and do this officially. Maybe in the Winter it will be better?

Casper, I also have a dental appointment for mid-June and I tried to cancel or delay it. I thought it would be easier to reschedule it now because they're going to be swamped whenever they get going again. They strongly recommended that I not change it because even though dental cleanings haven't been happening for 4 or 5 weeks, they will resume sometime and they have one employee whose job will be to reschedule all of them. I guess they are going to give priority to the earliest missed appointments and kind of keep them in a similar order. But other dental offices may do things differently and it might not hurt to ask.

Yesterday Sunday: Reserved a motel room in the city where my brother will have surgery the first week in June.
This Monday afternoon: Made the appointment for Goldie kitty. Phoned to make appt for annual eye exam but they are closed due to a power outage. Hope I remember to phone again again tomorrow. They need a lot of lead time so I am scheduling 2 months early. Did an email contact regarding an area home I wish to inspect in person.
This thread has proven a motivator for me. I often dread making appointments.

I hate having to call about appointments. The following are things I need to do: Reschedule echo cardiogram and follow up cardiologist appointment. Call and schedule dental care. Go online and renew my driver's license. It expired on April 20th-my birthday. They sent a letter saying they were extending the due date. I am hoping that this makes me accountable for getting this done.
