Ta-da: Scooped/changed paper/topped off litter boxes. Trimmed/pulled off dead leaves from plants in porch. Swept up porch. Got enough work clothes washed to get me going for next week; hanging on racks to dry. Put away dry dishes. Washed more dishes. Watched old concert by favorite band on FB live, twice! Put a paper bag in laundry room for trash. Put green wastebasket at bottom of steps to take up and use in bedroom. Can't find box of small wastebasket bags I bought last week. So odd! Keep looking.
To-do: Start ordering groceries and a few work tops? Another hour on project. Ugh. Sloggggg. Just do it. It all adds up. Baby steps, like de-squaloring. Something is better than nothing!

Good morning seahorse. Great start to your day! razy, is it needlepoint, or counted cross stitch? I have done both, but NEVER anything that huge/detailed. TaDa Last night Scraped fat off ancient chicken broth Dumped out 2 broth jars Dissolved broth gel in sink Put meat bones skin in plastic bag in trash It was probably ok to eat, even tho it was several weeks old. Was jarred hot, had no mold, and smelled fine. Tossed it. Not worth risk. hung bras to dry, grateful the didn't sour Filled DW My DW is an economy model, it doesn't do white stuff, yogurt, cottage cheese, sour cream, mayo, rice, potatoes. The potato salad makings and eatings soaked in cold water overnight TaDa Wiped those dishes Hand washed my coffee cup DW filled, running Made coffee Yesterday's listzilla is still good ToDo Purge freezer Re arrange small appliances This is kind of a big deal. Appliances which do not fit either IN a cupboard or ON the counter, as upper cupboards are too close to counter: Water distiller Coffee maker Instant pot Breadmaker never unpacked Kitchen aid mixer, never unpacked "Marble" paper towel stand, I could pass this on, and use a plastic dispenser, but I really like it. The places these could find a home: On the portable DW On the green cupboard (mine, anyone remember the cat cupboard? ) On a sturdy shelf over the stove (cooker/hob?) Where they'll be speckled with cooking grease link to my photo thread-green cupboard It's in the far left corner, doesnt stuck out much behind the Dish washer. That's the kitchen of the rental house I moved out of in October. I have hung the rooster pic above my sink, and the green cupboard prints are on the basement door wall.

Having the fridge done will help with keeping kitchen tidy, I didn't immediately put dirty dishes in DW, cuz I was keeping it empty, so I could be ready to wash fridge bits.

TaDa Tested a new spot for food processor, put where back it was. Had to maneuver in/out high over my head, and it didn't fit perpendicular, only parallel, took up too much room.
Tested a new spot for crock pot, under shelf>upper shelf: it worked
Moved roasting pans to shorter under shelf
Dining room, cleared path to breadmaker, moved to kitchen Tested breadmaker in taller under shelf, it works, left in box to wipe down and hot rinse pan

Hmmm, I don't have to shower for zoom, they can't smell me.
My kitchen drawer utensil organizers slide deeper into drawer so I need to circular saw wood block spacers. I'll want to shower AFTER power saw, don't want to shower twice...

seahorse Thanks for your kind words. I wish you and your mom a lovely day. mouseanne I, too, need things in easy reach. I have used folded pieces of cardboard for spacers, or those small, rectangular, plastic "baskets", when the drawers had no wooden spacers. Your wooden ones will be really nice. TaDa: Emptied dish drainer Made tea Filled water filter pitcher and tea kettle ToDo: Sit and get my bearings Plan food storage ordering Put groceries from car into planned order Happy Sunday to all.
